Morning all, Up with the lark this morning, well before the lark actually, as I had to get some bits done to the car. The mechanic was having a bad day with some of his tools and I recognized quite a lot of his bad language after yesterdays French class when we were dealing with such things. Glad to say that I have lost my annoying beep every time I went down hill. It seems that wear on the brake disc is enough to set it off. I do find it quite good to be able to chat to him and see what he is doing. Getting put in a waiting room for H & S reasons has not caught on here yet, there is just a sign telling you to keep clear of the ramp when it is moving. Anyway the sun is shining brightly and I have some jobs to be done. Quite looking forward to tonight with Baz, although I have a strong feeling that he will not tell us much that we don't know already.
Morning all, Temperature beginning to drop nicely. Should be nice and chilly for a surprise birthday trip away this weekend (you may be questioning the 'surprise' element. Although I know it is a surprise, I don't know where the surprise is)!! In other news, I have recently become aware of a gift of mine. An ability to sub-consciously do something extraordinary. I can make any situation, any, awkward. For example, 2 weeks into my new job, I was chatting to the one of the directors. He informed me that he was previously married, and so a divorcee. My response? "I didn't know you were that sort" I go to work everyday, just grateful I haven't yet been fired. Don't think we'll get that much, our club requested more tickets to make it 1,000 as about 600 have been sold already. It's probably the £10 price and the fact were on a decent run
Yeah I seen it's going back to £26 on the night, that's probably why they're selling quick , I don't think I'll be going which is a shame so will prob be here listening to it
