Definitely a spoons meal, I think where they don’t serve many Benedict’s, it was done fresh.
I will be definitely be ordering again.

Like a spoons breakfast when out on the bike this time of year. Plenty of coffee refills.

Doubt it’s got paw patrol written underneath the potato though

I’ve got a bit of a phobia with plates and all for some reason but mines consists of anything from the George and Mildred period or the **** that comes out of the cupboard for special occasions old fking china looking things…..if I ever had an invite to thy royal residence I’d have to eat of a paper plate or just chuck it on the floor and I’d eat it like a dog instead…..couldn’t give a fk if the plate was worth millions I still fking couldn’t eat off it <laugh>

Haven’t eaten since having a New Year’s Day lunch yesterday.

as full as a fat girls shoe, but roasting some toms/veg for a roasted tomato soup for tomorrow.

I've been trying the non dairy Alpro (soya milk) called 'My Cuppa'. At last found a milk that tastes fine in tea, other than Oatley. It actually tastes a little creamy, so probably ideal for coffee as well. Price is a little on the steep side at £1.50 for only 750ml, but if you only use it for tea/coffee then no big deal.

So it's non dairy, gluten free and low in sats. Downside, does list sugar on the ingredients, and probably ultra processed but if you'd like to avoid dairy, then per 100ml...

    Salt0.15 g
30ml figures on the carton front...

Almond milk in coffee is really good, I use that often.

I see Alpro do a Barista Almond, which is on offer for a small carton (750ml), so ordered some of that to come in the delivery tomorrow.

I buy a barista almond milk in Lidl and it's really nice, I also like it with museli.
