This is a good and very even match.
Luke started as he did in the semifinal, couldn’t find the treble 19 until pretty much into the second set.

 

3-2 up now.

 

That was unfortunate.

 

4-2 up now.

 

4-3…..brilliant final.

 

No way is this **** 16. Reminds me of those boxers you see from Cuba who claim to be 37 but are actually 112.

 

4-4 now.

 

Humphries has upped his game in the last 2 sets.

 

4-5 down ……extraordinary match

 

Humphries might just have broken him here.

 

4-6…..getting punished for every miss now.

 

Littler had one dart for 5-2. That will haunt him if he loses.

 

Sadly when Luke has a bad 3 darts they are BAD, and Humphries is taking advantage of it.

So Mullens is starting, as I correctly predicted.

Honestly for a dead rubber game, I would have started hall. I'm not saying he'll be the second coming of Brock purdy but why not give him a chance. He's played all of two quarters and two drives. I'm sure lots of QBs haven't necessarily thrown for 4 touchdowns in their first few quarters but experience really helps, otherwise what is the point in drafting him???
