Will anyone else be watching the PDC darts final tonight? I've been watching the tournament intermittently and really enjoy it, but the final seems to be generating extra attention because the 16 year-old Luke Littler has reached it.

It's on Sky, but the Lib Dems were saying this morning that it should be made available on terrestrial TV, such is the interest.

By the way, 16?? If he'd just arrived in Kent on a small boat, Farage would be carbon-dating his teeth.

I'll be rooting for the other fella, Luke Humphries, anyway.

Read his girlfriend is 21 and they met two years ago. Bit weird.

Anyway, good luck to the boy. Worth £5m to win this apparently with the prize money, endorsements and entry to the Premier League. Seems a nice kid.

Here are the two finalists, pictured in 2019.

Littler's been eating Humphries's dinners ever since.

Been watching most of it & the kid is sensational & so much natural talent, but facing Humphries tonight he will meet his match & l think he’s the only one who can beat him as Humphries is in great form & hope he wins it

Why do you want Humphries to win?

Looking at the Betfair specials.

A 9 darter and a 170 checkout to both happen is 18/1. Must be the worst bet I’ve ever seen. Will probably happen now.

Littler must be shy quite a lot of vitamin d, looks like he’s never been outside.

Hats off though, he’s single handedly (and unwittingly) returned darts to the news programmes after a little 30 year break.

I don’t follow the darts, but may the best darter win. My favourite was Keith Talent, but sadly he was fictional.

A lot of dads will be encouraged to take their sons to the pub for some arrers rather than down the park for a kick around. Not great for the state of the nation's health.

Just had footage on the news of a dozen pale porky kids darting in St Helens. Had upturned crates so they could get the arrers out of the board after the chuck. Makes you proud.

Plenty of 180s. I've gone for this...

Luke Humphries To Win 7-5 Or 7-6 & Over 40 180s - Was 10/1 - Enhanced Odds - 12/1
