What he fails to realise (because he's a thick ****) is that one day he may well need those doctors for some significant care/surgery/treatment and many will have read this. I'm sure being the committed, hard working professionals they are they will do their utmost to look after him... I just hope there's a limited supply of anaesthetic when they do.
He's a bitter old **** who's ultimately failed in all forms of broadcasting and ostracised by most of the civilised (and uncivilised) world so feels the need to lash out constantly on social media. When he dies the world will become a better place by default.

As has been pointed out, one thing the show does not mention is the name of Royal Mail's then-CEO Adam Crozier ...the same Adam Crozier who was CEO of ITV between 2010-17
That's the same Alan Dershowitz that negotiated Epstein's plea deal in 2006-08. The local US Attorney accepted a deal that prevented the prosecution of any co-conspirators. That would allegedly include Dershowitz himself and Donald Trump. Trump later made that attorney, Alexander Acosta, his Secretary of Labor. Dershowitz later attempted to have George Nader's convictions commuted. These include possession of kiddy porn and sex trafficking. He has previous convictions in Germany and the Czech Republic.
