None of us wished for Steve Bruce but he did OK for 2 seasons. Newcastle need to move away from successful championship / bottom end Premier league standard managers and coaches. If you are talking about Roma as one of the biggest clubs ever, you are talking utter horseshit. The last time they even won the league is Italy was over 20 years ago, and the time before that was another 20 years previous to that. Even in terms of Italy they are not a big team. The fact Mourinho is at Roma these days reflects his status as a manger. He has been there 2 years and finished 6th with them both seasons. It ain't the stuff of dreams.
