It’s hardly unwarranted or extreme criticism, perfectly reasonable points of improvement. Yes we’ve come far, yes things are much better but we are passionate fans who enjoy city (so much so we spend a lot of cash to see them) so I for one will never be shamed for discussing or critiquing managers and players. Weird mentality.
Why did Liam change the formation back to wingers with overlapping full backs ( that never happened and we only had one bang average winger ) we looked far better with the personnel to hand playing the more compact diamond sort of shape of the previous game . Very poor ref some questionable decisions tactically and subs by Liam .
The difference in quality between her and the idiot we had today is stark, he totally lost control whereas she was in complete control whilst seemingly remaining invisible.
Lacklustre and 2nd best all over the park, even before the sending off. Plus their ****housery was far superior to ours....Feigning injury, crying foul. They've learned a lot from their new coach. Whereas we're too soft. On another issue, I wish those predicting easy City wins would pack it in because it never happens and does my head in. Tar... PS...Happy New Year. I'm watching 'Deep Water Horizon' right now...Two disasters in one night is too much to bear.
I will only listen if the his words are spoken by a BBC trained presenter. The one Gerry Adams used will do.
Because formations and positions really don’t matter. Greaves played just as well up front as he did at centre half and Christie was just as poor at centre half as we was at right back. Football is all about being clinical in the box, that’s the only thing that matters.
Facing a resurgent team is always challenging, one of the days. Red was harsh in my view and was always going to be tough from then on.
Yeh it was a decent interview despite the reporter controlling the narrative. I hope we sign players with the next years in mind and aren't completely blinded by a potential promotion push this season.
Yep, we were awful up til then, but likely to get to half time at 0-0. We couldn’t have played as badly second half.
Did you actually go to the game tonight or watch on tv? They might not have created “serious chances” but we were far outclassed in every department even before the red card. You don’t half talk some ****e. 0-0 . Pains me to say it but they battered us all game and they’re in the bottom 3.
Baffled by decisions by squad, ref & Rosie. To be fair, we were never on it from the get go, but it’s the travelling support I feel for, giving up their hard earned money to support City, only for Rosie to throw in the towel with poor subs & game management, insulting. Even with the red card, which was never a red while we’ve got a hole in our a…, down to 10 men, at nil, nil, we should still have had enough quality, back bone and more about us to give it a good game, but don’t think we gave their keeper much to sweat over, and they put some good goals away. Sadly, not many of ours come out of this covered in glory. Embarrassing, poor decision making from start to finish. Very frustrating, we’ve just no consistency. Safe journey home to the travelling support.
Feel very sorry for the City fans who went to that. I wondered about making the trip from west London, but delighted I went to see Hampton and Richmond instead.
