I get the argument he is better from the bench, but right now we need some leadership on the pitch. He brings that by example. Excited to see Rusyn. Lets hope it is the start of something for him, he has the talent, just needs to focus it in the right direction and I hope Pritch helps him in that regard. No easy games in this league, but lets play some possession play, with decent intensity, and we can win any game. 3-1.

I like this! Option of Jobe up top in a front two and utilise the space Rusyn will create for him if we're trying to get forward.
No real change as expected to the formation so lets see how it goes over the 90 minutes, its a big three points at stake but little will be learned or decided to-day imo.
