Well Ange chose him so I expect he saw something in him and to be honest his injury is just bad luck.
Thought he looked good when I saw him live

A few have suggested that Bournemouth's bench accused Veliz of timewasting when he was down injured

If true, no surprise that Ange and one of the Hispanic Mafia took umbrage with that

I’ve not seen anything from him to think he’s anything but a backup.

This makes it sound like I’m a Richarlison fan and I’m really not but tbf to him he had a decent month goal scoring wise.

Thought he slotted into the team like a glove. Arguably MOTM vs Burnley too. Looked like he’d be a smart addition prior to the injury, especially on a free. Would probably pay £15m-£20m for that type of squad player.

Have to disagree. I thought he looked really bright at the start of the season and seemed to fit the 'system very well.
I think he may well prove an important player for us when he gets back.

One thing which is becoming clear is that we have a similar situation with Sarr that we did with Dembele 6-7 years ago, as our midfield loses so much of its drive when he isn't on the pitch

In other words, now would be a good time to unearth a potential gem in the unfashionable leagues

Glad we got Udogie signed to a long term contract, make sure we get the big bucks when Madrid come knocking next year. A one man defence at times today!

lo celso also very good and sarr outstanding till he went off.

Two weeks till our next league game now and then another two after that. Outstanding to stay in 5th with all our issues. Buzzing for the second half of the season.

Surely Los Ladrones will be too busy dismantling the Bottlers for that

Pretty easy approach too, all they have to do is point out that they win things before putting gold on their kit...

Yeah you can just tell Udogie is someone destined for the very top.

He’d be a perfect fit in Pep’s system (and they lack a decent LB) whilst he’d be an ideal Galactico option for Madrid.

Really think he’s destined to become an elite player. Could become the first £100m+ LB. Hopefully not too soon though!

Credit where credit is due to Lo Celso who I thought put in a proper shift and in the second half in particular was very good on the ball. I still don’t think he’s one for us to hold onto much longer because he’s always getting knocks but fair play for that performance today.

New darts sensation and oldest looking 16 year old in the world Luke Littler was at the match and met some of the players. Must have had an invite off darts groupies James Maddison or Micky van der Ven.
    He’s a Utd fan apparently :emoticon-0184-tmi:

Did he happen to mention how he remembered when Christian Gross was unveiled as our manager...?
