Never went to Cinders, only ever Neptune's. They had some great house night's there in the mid 90's as well.
The Park closed just before Christmas. Legendary back street pub. Hopefully it will get a new owner and reopen. Along the front there is The White Rose, which will aways exist, The Waterloo Stores (old Hancock) the George and then at the end The Pilot. That's it pubs wise. There are a few decent tap rooms and bars up the top of Newton Road, but it's all very G&T, not pubby. There's the old cinema complex with Gin and Juice and the chains, like Loungers and Prezzo, Bistro Pierre.
Trains sound a nightmare last few days, mainly the Eurostar I think and as well as anything between Ebbsfleet and St Pancras after a tunnel got flooded.
yeah I’m not into dance music myself so avoid it like a rash but used to enjoy the outdoor illegal raves purely because it was illegal
There's one back street boozer still open, The Victoria. That was packed out night before Christmas Eve, so still a clientele for those places. Maybe just the one though. Gutted about the Park as it was a top old boozer. But only ever went twice a year so not like I helped keep it open!
Robert as just collected the plate and glass and will soon be returning with my cappuccino, could get use to this upgrade lark.
The life of the tourist init bet the guy gal bringing it were starving….thinking I fking hate these white ****s what is one to do init I must admit I do feel guilty even though you fking pay for it…..I couldn’t do it if the roles were reversed
Only downside a pair of fat ****s and I mean fat, he's 25 stone plus and she can't be far off 20 stone, have just arrived, sat down about 12.00, swallowed about 4 cocktails each in about 30 minutes, he then went on the beer, now he's being a nuisance to the folk either side of him, both trying their best to be nice but obviously want to tell the nosey twat to **** off.
One thing I hate, really hate is these dicks who go on these holidays and feel it's perfectly fine to load their plates with enough food to sink a ship, only to leave half of it, then do the same with the dessrts, whole families of them Don't worry Robert will be getting his 2euro tip, he's earned it.

dude I’m totally disgusted by em all started when I went to Jamaica……was waiting at an eatery for a toasted sandwich next to me was a fking huge black yank woman…she had three plates full given to her so me thinking that’s nice she grabbing the family some……was she fk she sat there and ate the fking lot……put me right off fat fkrs
The best I saw was a few years ago at a half board hotel. A women, at breakfast, got a couple of empty sandwich containers out of her bag and proceeded to fill them up. She didn’t even try to be discreet, just sat there a made a packed lunch for 2!!!!
