In The Cabin at Bristol Airport, surprisingly nice food and a nice coffee. Must be fairly new, never noticed it before.
Cape Verde, no stress is their saying and its true. Even the ones that try and pester you, a polite **** off, I've had enough now, no worries my friend I have to try.
went for slave labour, 70th birthday party of my in law and he only likes home cooked food and invited like 50 guests. Then just a few days with my family. My car was full carrying my weeks worth of clothes and all the seafood i had to rock up to the party with
It's on my list. Looks really good, white sand beaches and turquoise sea. Good mix of African / Portuguese / Creole food and music. Reckon it would be great. Also tempted to go out to Madeira. I've got a friend out there so I'd have a place to stay too. Some epic surf there as well.
Always loath to recommend places Bobby, as we're all different, but it's the first time we've come back to a place, other than touring France. Locals are nice and friendly, where we are is quiet but it's a 5 euro taxi ride to lots of water sports and more hustle and bustle. Food centres mainly around seafood, pork and chicken, rice pasta. We tried the steaks last time, not something I'll repeat, a bit pricey and not good quality. All inclusive is probably the way to go as it's not cheap, probably same prices as UK.
