Well I hope everyone is happy, I've been reading here and watching the match and my daughter has decided to smear chocolate over her face like a red Indian

    Apparently that's my fault

Jobe plays ahead of Aouchiche yet is not as creative but is that ok because he's English?

I appreciate you confirming what I thought re Prichard mate. I was doubting my judgement for a second honestly.

Jobe offers more than them all TBH, as also has bigger defensive and both in box presence.

Ipswich drew at home to QPR. McKenna should be sacked on the spot and replaced by Mick McCarthy

Still never seen or heard anything that says i need to play french lads over pritchard, which is the point you made and ive taken exception too

If TM was being told who to play and who not to play he would have left in the summer n not extended his day. He said multiple times he didnt need the money, he did it because he enjoys it. If he is being told who to pick he isnt putting up with that, its as simple as that and he would have left befire being pushed

We need to be sensible with pritchard, he can still have massive impacts on games from starts for us but it needs to be managed. If he played every week, he will break down after a couple weeks n miss time.

We have all agreed pritchard is a cracking player when on it but he isnt always on it - especially when he starts game for us. He jsut doesnt have the legs anymore.

Yes Pritchard is creative and can pick out a pass better than our other no10s but those lads are a bigger goal threat and others are better at pressing

    Its about horses for courses

Thats where we need to use our squad, which we havent done so far this season

Why. He is doing remarkable things with a very average squad.

I'm not entirely convinced by Bellingham. There's a lot of naivety there, but he will learn. Can we afford for him to learn whilst keeping Pritch out the team? Not convinced he's a no.10 like

Does Pritch have regular niggles? How many has Jobe missed. You can’t build a side around a player heading towards a downturn, who misses to many you build the squad and club. You really can’t use him as the example. Try another one.

I was being ironic - teams are allowed to draw against poor teams without people wetting their knickers and asking for change

Am I allowed to say Michut would have been better in midfield than Ekwah has been?

    No? I get my coat

Ipswich and Leeds have only won one game in their last five, Leeds have lost three ...

... Sunderland have won two and lost two.

Not great but there's plenty of room for improvement and change from Beale.

3 points from last 4 games. Ipswich should sack him before they get relegated

No its not at all and you know it. Jobe is more consistent than pritchard so starts ahead of him, hes a bigger goal threat and others more out of possession - he also has a lot higher ceiling so rightfully he gets more minutes.

Stop making out that pritchard is amazing every game, he is so inconsistent and thats why he doesnt start every week. Its got nothing to do with his age or his nationality

The point i was making is they are signing players with bigger upside who they still feel can contribute now

Jobe offers more when he plays as an 8 or the 9. As a 10 he is lost.

I remember this. He couldn't work out why we couldn't find our stride weeks after he had been in charge. Any point away is a good point imo. However, in all my years watching Sunderland, I've never known season like the last 3 where we simply have nothing up front. We were always known for having a Good goalkeeper and lads up front that could find the net. Thank f**k for Clarke. Onto the next one.

He isn't. He is a 8. That's it. Doesn't have the nouce or skill to play as a 10. Been said on match threads over and over. But we are forcing it. Keep forcing it. Shame.
