Stop trying to use players n ex players comments or likes to back up your argument. If pritchard was as amazing as you say he is someone would have bought him in the summer

Jobe has been starting ahead of him for most of this season, hes not french but hes a player with huge upside that we want to get the best out of.

Ex players only ever know british based players so they wont know how good some of these foreign lads are or can be

Players will always back up their mates

As we have all said, we all rate pritchard but your argument that hes not starting because hes not french is ridiculous and is what has annoyed people

That was said as 2 others are taking his minutes are french. You know the point.

If players and managers like Mowbray are socially showing this on X and post match press conferences, surely that's enough for you to think, it's not ok?

Tony post Millwall. Watch it back man. Jesus.

WBA have just done an job on Leeds tonight , they don't throw the plan away asp., like we did , and they are the way up, can we take a leaf out of their book, no reason why not . Being too easy to score against is costing us until we get some help for Clarke up front

I think we have to judge Aouchiche when he is a ten behind a 9. No use him being there tonight. Pritchard would be more use there but not much cos he should also be connecting midfield and the 9.

Would want them to actually do something different. Set up, subs anything really.

    Otherwise what's the point.

I sometimes think people.have a weird concept of managers. That they come in and just by their mere.prsence they make players.miles better. It might happen occasilay but things usually go back to the way they were. It takes time to develop ideas, tactics and players. It's not like the players were massively under performing b4 he arrived.

Both of them should be rotating as the 10. That post was just doing what @Prehab26 asked but looks like i'm not getting a reply.

How a coach starts is basically irrelevant except in the minds of people who want wins every time we play.

What's more important is what you achieve after a season or two ...s
... if you've made no progress then it's time for a change.

Ipswich got off to a flyer but will only make the play-offs in which they'll have lost their momentum.

I'd quite fancy playing them at Wembley tbh.

.tags don't work so just seen it. .

Cheers. Thought Prichard was more creative. Thanks for confirming.

What's what you need as a 10. And any striker wants. Creativity. Appreciate the stats you have provided to confirm.

    Thanks.

There's been an obvious change in our play since Beale came in. Less tippy tappy around the box and more early crosses.
3 games in 6 days and almost zero time on the training pitch to get his ideas across, yet people are judging? Bizarre

But that's the same Tony Mowbray who said the strikers need to learn how to play our way. He refused to change things to help set them succeed here.

TM was always all over the place from one press conference to another.

Yep the question that theyll be looking at is does pritchard play consistently well enough to get us promoted? The answer is probably no, he can still play a part but as a squad player

Then the question is does jobe have the upside to play consistently well to help get us promoted, the answer is probably yes. Therefore, its better giving minutes to the person that they think in the long twrm will get us out the league

It will be frustrating at times, we all want success immediately but i really want sustained success and the only way we will get that is by signing players with high upside and developing them.

No doubt we need experience players to support them but we have quite a bit of experience in that starting line up now

He was. Honestly. Probably trying to change his normal ways to the position here. Old school managers simply won't and do get it here.

Spot on. I've never wanted a Head Coach to succeed more if only to shut the cry babies up.
Say we get to the play offs this season and win at Wembley, those nay-sayers and cry babies should be banned from getting tickets.

So. Sign players who are not as good, bench players who are better but a bit older. Honestly. Not being arsey but is that the model.
