It's called evolution. Why would beale come in and make major changes for the hell of it. He's looking at things objectively and being considered. That's the whole point of the dof model. The club isn't susceptible to massive swings. We are ticking along, four points in his three games. Could have been better, could have been worse. I'm genuinely not sure what you expected him to do.
Now now. It's not that. It's that good quality players are getting less minutes because they are older. Thats it. If you're bought with big upside in market value, youll get more minutes. For me, I prefer the actual talent.

Nah I’m away for the night mate.. as discussed before player ratings can be hitty miss but both FotMob and whoscored have 8 of our players rated higher than him though meaning he was one of our worst performers in their eyes so curious to know how much he done to warrant MOTM? Said it before but virtually the same Xl who lost games against bottom teams what do we expect? Change things up and see what happens. Too many comfortable players in that Xl imo.
I think there’s truth in this but they have a longer term plan and frustrating as it can be on nights like tonight we fans may all win from it. No point in overreacting to an away point in a week when there is no coaching and heavy legs.

Look im not a massive fan of Beale, which being based in Scotland is hard to be a fan of his after seeing how his rangers team played n how he struggled to change a game with his subs or tactics. However, he needs time to show whether he is the right man or not. This is the worst time to come in as a manager as you pretty muvh have zero time on the training pitch. What i hope beale does is learn from each game and tweak things as he goes along. I hated the starting line up today, needed to freshen things up, but i can kinda get it. We won the last match n he probably wanted to reward them with another start. I dont think burstow was a great sub but at least he brought a forward on at HT, at least tried to change it Im trying to stay positive and hope that he is the right coach that can kick us on, time will tell i suppose He still has my support as he hasnt even had a chance to show us what he is about
Beale has also been under huge pressure because of the anti club online revolutionary force which helps no ****er.
