No beer until later as never drink in the daytime.

Well unless attending certain functions and events and then the gloves are likely to be off <laugh>

They're not using the tower to house all those doctors, brain surgeons and architects coming over in their dinghies that aren't happy with their free accommodation are they?:emoticon-0120-doh:

I went yo West Brom on Boxing Day, last minute freebie, don't want to jinx it but they really ain't all that, Norwich were awful even before the sending off and at the end were giving Brom a tough time. Albion aren't like Ipswich and Preston and won't try and kick us off the park, it should be a free flowing match, the times I've seen them over the last few seasons, I've always thought, their RB Furlong is their weak point, get Summerville to give him a torrid time and they will possibly bring their biggest threat Wallace back to assist him. If we're on our game, I think we'll win this. Ironically the fella sitting next to was saying their game against Ipswich was their best home performance of the season and he doesn't know how Ipswich are up there he said of all the teams that are likely to be in thevplay offs, that's who he'd want in the semi's to get to Wembley.

Sam Byram is fully available according to Farke.

I’d throw him straight in at LB and Spence RB

I'm back in the doldrums after Preston like I was after Coventry I need a pick me up. If Byram is fit its a no brainer to me we will have 2 options at LB Byram/Firpo. Get Spence over to the right side Get Archie on the bench tonight take him out the limelight for a wee while, give him some 20 min cameo's in his correct position till the hate brigade/Glory seekers wind their necks in. As on the keeper I'm not really bothered Mes is probably a better one on one keeper but Darlow deffo has better contribution and will kick the ball more cleanly and will catch the ball rather than punch it which is one of my pet hates when its there to be caught catch the fooka. The guys at Preston owe us a performance like someone said on this on this post. The baggies will go 4-2-3-1 for sure so again we have to start getting control of that midfield, be braver, play to the whistle rather at moaning at decisions not going our way. The Ref's whistle is final in the Championship if you lose the ball get up and try to win it back be 100% committed to the cause. We battered these at home even though it was 1-1 so I see no reason why we can't go out there tonight and put on a show. we are the best team go fookin prove it.

So basically if it is saying Sam Byram is still sidelined with a hamstring injury, he was only there for show at Preston. I've already seen a lone magpie this morning but I would be happy with a draw.

What’s betting on an unchanged side except for Meslier. Looking forward to seeing Rodon in action after all the calls for Meslier to be dropped for him, he must be quality

Not sure I’m confident if Rodon is in goal, I’d give Darlow a try first <cheers>

Meslier has been an issue for 2 or 3 years. Has he improved? It's doubtful.

As for Darlow, he's another bang average keeper.

It would be nice to see a keeper capable of getting a few man of the match performances in a season. I think the last Man of the match Meslier had was at Anfield last November. Maybe Newcastle away? Happy to be reminded of good games where Meslier has earned us points. (I don't mean single saves, I'm after performances over 90 minutes).

A top keeper would have earned more points this season. Ken Darlow was wanted by hull as he was playing regular. We have only used him once.. I think he will be rusty..

Any idea what's up with Struijk? Not even on the bench, which is a worry. Must be bad if Cresswell is making the bench!
