How.come.the Brighton players aren't tired? Is it only teams that crash out of Europe on a bad run that are tired?
I wouldn't be against an old timer coming in in Jan tbh. I'm a bit more worried about who might leave if I'm being honest.
An experienced CDM and an over-ready striker and we are golden. I'm not overly worried about losing Clarke in Jan
Something I’ve just been thinking about there after hearing Ange speak.. High press teams always seem to run out steam with fixture congestion yet City seem to get stronger as the season goes on. Haaland does less off the ball than arguably any other PL striker. Maybe something to think about for those who think Hemir should run around for 90 minutes like a headless chicken pressing CB’s..
I think Beale said the 'top teams don't run about loads in possession' on the first behind the scenes type video when he took first training session. Maybe he knows what he's talking about.
Said at the start of the season Martin is a good manager, people writing him off after a few bad results were daft. Wouldn’t be surprised if they catch Leicester by the end of the season.
Agree. His style of football takes a while to implement but when it's fully developed it's so good to watch.
