Nah tbf we were naive. He made mistakes (off the field moreso) and he was finding his feet. More time should've been given, considering we brought in LVG who was awful. But that's hindsight.
I'd probably go more Liverpool than City this season. Although wasn't De Bruyne meant to be back in January and it depends how long Haaland is injured, and imho the latter is useless without the former and they will be relying on Foden to stay injury free.
Just see City going on a long run and it breaking the back of the opposition. De Bruyne coming back as you mentioned - is massive.
Stopping him, Foden and Grealish feeding Haaland is difficult to see. Liverpool are really good but less options up front. Jota could play a part mind you. Seriously underrated player.
