Hum, you all know I’m a non RM style believer but hats off! Can’t knock today, DJL were cracking before game. Finished with Killers - Brightside; perfect preemptive to game. I thought that this was the best home performance since the days of Ronald Koeman. It was a fantastic effort and even better than the previous match at St Mary's which was excellent itself. Swansea may have been very poor and offered no threat but by the time that the third goal had gone in, it was effectively an exhibition match. I hope they do not release Mara. He did not get on the scoresheet yet he looks better everytime I see him play. No point singling out any particular players as everyone was at the top of their game. Hugely impressive.
Early days still I know, but just how much of a cult hero is Ryan Fraser becoming? He's already above Tadanari Lee and Papa Waigo, and for me he's practically reached Cuco and Guly status already. If he continues this form to the end of the season then he's gotta be up there with Longy and Maya.
I see that Boufal is now playing in Qatar but unfortunately there is a break in their season so I cannot watch him later this week.
