Oh, I agree with that. I’m a Geordie myself. Newcastle is much the bigger and better city. Sunderland is a proper **** hole. Similar to Hull tbh.

TWS lost, the Fowls lost, the Blunts lost. Could have been a perfect day but we ****ed it up.

If you’re looking at the keeper after that.. Jesus Christ. Ingram kept us in the game with a big save. Twine was ****e, Delap wasteful and old man Christie has cost us again.

 

A tactical masterclass. The boy's not for turning so expect the same excitement next year.

 

Connolly passing to the keeper when having ages, Delap trying to beat another 5 players when he could’ve had a shot. Other than the Roberts chance I don’t think they created anything and were forced into long efforts that never troubled us.

 

Twine not shooting is criminal though.
