    Cheers! I am on the 0.0 Captain Morgan Spiced, after a bottle of 0% Rose Freixenet Negro...yes, I'm still on the wagon!

    Working on the iron reduction so far, I'll be drinking again around my birthday...Next June<wah><wah><wah>

    Oh well, it's in a good cause and my blood pressure has responded brilliantly. I've gone from tutting medical types, to being praised, in a little over 3 months.

    I have had a very good Christmas, fed the family over the 2 days and we had unexpected stragglers as well but made room at the table , I've fitted enough batteries in toys and games to power a small town but best of all was the Christmas dinner ,the stories, the enjoyment from the family and the fact I left the kitchen for the kids to clear up while I had a well deserved nap

    Mother in law got the biggest laugh, the Virgin media advert with the hang gliding goat , she said I wonder if they trained the goat to fly or if it came naturally

    I'm looking forward to an excellent and exciting 2024. I'm fixing all my health problems and getting used to my older brother no longer being around.

    Mrs B will finally retire...I think. They keep offering her stuff to get her to stay, but I hope that she doesn't, beyond 2024. We've got stuff to do, both together and separately. She's seriously thinking of becoming a magistrate...<laugh>. She knows how to piss my family off!!! It's only 30 days a year...
