I find it slightly odd, given the injuries we’ve got, that Wood and Jarvis aren’t at the front of the queue of U21s to get on the bench and come on for at least a few minutes. Yet they don’t seem to be featuring in the first team picture. Anyone know why?
Because if they come on and play for us, they can't go out on loan in January because they'll have played for two clubs.

Harvey Cartwright played 90 minutes in Grimsby's 1-1 draw away at Newport County. Yuriel Celi picked up a winners medal after his club Universitario won the Peruvian La Liga. He's due to join up with Hull City in the New Year. He made 10 appearances in total.
Tom had a good game by all accounts again though. He’s going to have a good chance to make an impression on summer when I reckon we’ll let Christie go.
Is he actually or are you just saying that's when his current loan ends? Is there any reason to believe he's now City first team material?
Based on his loan spell, I'd say no. Rosenior will be keen to run the rule over him so he'll probably train with the first team and play for the U23s, but the more likely solution is that he goes back out on loan. Peru's season starts in January (Southern Hemisphere innit), so he'll no doubt head out over there on loan again, unless this Greek club gets bought out, in which case he might go there.
I don’t think we can register them til January anyway. Their registration is currently with the Irish FA.

Not strictly a loan, but Billy Chadwick has had his loan from Oldham at Gateshead terminated to sign permanently for York. Money grabbing little manwhore... Hope he gets chopped in half in his first training session... Not that I'm bitter, or owt.
