    A PHILLI BLUNT AS ORIGINALLY NAMED GETS THE PHILLI FROM A BRAND OF CHEAP CIGARS SOLD IN AMERICA.

    AND IM GUESSING BLUNT IS SLANG FOR PURE WEED

    2nd time in dam I bought a pack of Philli titans (bout 10ninch long and inch wide) and managed to get 3 Quarters of an ounce in one after carefully emptying it of the tobacco and filling it with weed then rolling it back up.

    When you said you had blunts, I thought you meant you had cannabis, wrapped in tobacco leaf wrap, so I was curious to why it was in a legit packet?
