The ultimate aim for Aston Villa is the same as it has been since the club was bought and changing business plans is expected annually.

My position is that Aston Villa were bought years before Newcastle and are further into their plan because of that. This is why the entire line of questioning is irrelevant.

The reality here is that the people wearing their black and white glasses want to believe otherwise and the fact they also think Newcastle is a bigger club is rather telling.

I'll remind you the two arguments that you need to present a case for.

1. Why Newcastle are further ahead in their plan than Aston Villa despite starting years later .

2. Why Newcastle are a bigger club than Aston Villa despite winning less titles, league cups, FA cups, European cups and super cups.

Please instead of just doing a very good Bevis and Butthead impression just present your arguments on both points and perhaps we can come to a reasonable agreement.
