Hello all, looking for some advice. I've been trying to get intouch with the ticket office for the past 20 minutes with no luck and it has now closed. Bought tickets for the Coventry game and received the eTickets on an email, I used to print the QR code portion of the email out and just scan that on entry. It seems however there is no QR code on the emails now, and you're supposed to forward it to your mobile phone which then gives you access at the turnstile. Problem is I use an older mobile phone which I switched back to a few year ago, can anybody advise?
The e tickets go into your Google wallet. I don't think you can print them at home. I may be wrong but if you require a paper copy you will have to queue at the ticket office before the game Has anyone in your group got a mobile rhat has Google wallet? Or the apple version?
I don't have a Google wallet or account, my mobile phone does not have internet access (by choice), I'd rather not bother people with extra steps, I guess I will have to queue at the ticket office, even though i will not be able to show any proof of purchase as no internet access on phone, hopefully ID will be enough and they can look me up. What a faff on.
I could forward them the email. That will be my last resort. I'd rather not do this. I would prefer to find a work around, like a print out, or something I haven't thought of, if possible.
Pretty sure it's either forward the etickets to someone your going with to put in their wallet and let you in or the ticket office for a paper one. You may need to print out your proof of order and stuff if your phone doesn't have Internet though
Thanks. Got my wife to add them to her Google just there, when you open it on an account you get a QR code, I've just printed those from a screenshot. Modernity can't stop me.
I miss the good old days of getting the tickets through the post and the excitement of when they arrive. I hate this new system now. I am still unable to log into my account aswell to purchase tickets. Its an absolute ball ache and all its done is cause stress for people when matchday experiences should be about having enjoyment
