was going to mention Folan - he was born offside - although got some memorable goals - Fulham, Coventry and Watford come quickly to mind

Actually you might have hit on something there.
If every professional had a chip inserted into the dead centre of both of their testicles when they signed pro terms, then a simple computer system could measure bollock position relative to all the other bollocks (on the pitch, not on here…there’s no computer powerful enough to track all that!)
One simple rule change to the men’s game to make bollock position the deciding factor for offsides and that would be it, sorted.
I often shout ‘bollocks’ after the ref blows for offside anyway.
I’m not advocating electric shocks through the chips during a game, just a simple alert to the ref’s watch.
However mild electric shocks could be useful in training?
Right I’m off the start developing the tech.

*Obviously any players missing bollocks due to medical intervention would be given a fake pair to wear, paid for by the PL.

Well unfortunately for you, it's a yearly award and not a lifetime achievement one, then. It's sort of in the name of the award.

But nah it's the "woke agenda" (still a hilarious concept that isn't real) that publically voted for her. That's definitely the problem.

I’d let them decide for themselves.
They’re not subjected to FVAR (are they ?) so it’s not as relevant for them.

As a yearly award on the basis of Broad deciding it was his last and amazing year on top of his longevity and great record the he should have won hands down - Mary Earp needs that longevity

Yeah the whole woke thing is bogus, it's the latest boogeyman that people blame for **** they don't like. I thought the gold medal athlete would have been in with a shout, surprised they didn't win it, but ah well.

the six names were voted in by a panel - the public could only vote for the six nominated - hardly a public vote for SPOTY - of course it's the woke agenda because the panel look at box ticking rather than =the most worthy

Ta. Missed the original sale so jumped on this one, and Tiger Travel too given public transport will be stuffed and I don’t know the area well enough to be confident of finding on street parking within walking distance.

You're right of course, if a bloke had been England's best player in a World Cup where we reached the final, they probably wouldn't even have been nominated. Wokerati innit.

Shortlisting the biggest personality in the most successful British representative sporting team of the year, for Sports Personality of the Year. Makes perfect sense.

But yeah, including the golf **** was woke nonsense.

Can anyone else plaster whatever they liked from work all over social media without permission and not get in bother?

    Purely out of interest?

    What planet she on?

Then comes out all bitter saying she's going to do a tell all about a place she was happy to work at until she got sacked?

    What a nutter.
