The SAG wanted 2.5k then agreed to a bubble trip of 6k (funny its paid for by the mags) We have accommodated their request and then given up the bcb and allowed a guest mag speaker on. Name another club that accommodating to their biggest rivals?
You don't care, yet went and found that post? Come on mate, nor dealing with the away fan issues has now cost us this **** situation
It was sent to me on an unsolicited text. I couldn't care less, as I said. I went to SJP half a dozen times before I eventually got tickets in the Sunderland section ... ... people, these days, want everything on a silver platter imo. Anyone who can't cope with these arrangements should stay away and let someone else go ... ... there'll be plenty of takers.
My lads just said to me "I'd like to go to a derby before I die" FFS I know I'll not get tickets. But I think we are both off work at the same time for a rare change. Although he's changing jobs sometime in January But if by chance we are off together. Recommend me a pub to travel up and watch the match please. Weatshief? If I can I'd like to make a day/night out of it. Cheers.
I can only assume the club were worried the scum would trash it so have charged them for two tubs of paint and will redecorate after... all hypothesis based on a rumour like So defo not happening...
One of my sons has got his in the South Stand but my other 2 sons, 3 grandchildren and myself are based in the North Stand so will be trying to get tickets together tomorrow, but hopefully not in the Premier Concourse
As season ticket holders we are guaranteed a ticket so worst case my sons get to sit with the grandkids. I am old enough and daft enough to sit anywhere
I can remember a few years ago when we descended on Blackpool in force and they had to move their season ticket holders to accommodate our fans, I think it was a league 1 game on New Years Day. Not exactly the same situation but their fans did what was asked by the club to help the club generate revenue. I know this situation is a little different but the premise is the same, If we had been drawn up the road then we would have tried to get as much allocation as possible. People will twist and moan all they like but the truth is the decision has been made don't be so precious (There was always a chance this could happen during any season as is stated when purchasing season tickets) For me I wish we were back to the days of standing to watch the match and not having to sit in these little plastic seas and clap very orderly when something good happens instead of jumping up and down and hugging the nearest stranger you could see. Enjoy the game and its ups and downs support the lads have a beer with mates, wind up the mags feel elated or deflated go to work and brag or make excuses, whatever the outcome of the game I am pretty sure you little plastic seat will be the last thing on your mind until the next home game and it will still be their waiting for you all. Hopefully a bit of perspective
Got on the website and went to the reserved seats and it said there's nothing reserved. Went to "find tickets" and says I don't have the correct permissions. Ive deleted all my network as there were 2 in there who werent eligible, but it is still saying the same. Any advice would be helpful. TIA
