    VIP CHELTENHAM

Morning guys! Me and Aidan did these together last night and Aidan has wrote these up for us this morning. I’m out with family today so unable to watch all the racing but will do my best to update and I will get back to all messages tomorrow

    12.05 - KOUROSH 6/4 (1 point win)

This one was tipped last time out on its debut run when winning easily by 21 lengths. The opposition that day wasn’t that great but he still looks a very nice prospect and expecting further improvement today.

    12.40 - MOFASA 4/1 (1 point win)

WEVEALLBEENCAUGHT will likely pose as the biggest threat to our selection here however, MOFASA finished third in a 2m4f Grade 2 novice hurdle here in January on soft ground when trained with Michael Scudamore, tongue-tied for this new yard this term and made a solid start to his chasing career when finishing runner-up at Worcester in a Class 3 chase. Followed that up with a Class 3 success at Huntingdon last month and although he’s been raised by 5lbs and will need to improve today he’s got plenty of scope for improvement and could be tough to beat.

    1.15 - CALICO 9/4 (1 point win)

Ran well on both his visits here with the most recent one him being headed near the finish in a Class 2 handicap last month. The winner franked that form when rubbing a good race to finish 3rd at Ascot the next time out, he’s creeping the weights at the moment but looks the one to beat.

    1.50 - FAKIR D’OUDAIRIES 12/1 (1 point EW) & TORN AND FRAYED 20/1 (1 point EW)

FAKIR D’OUDAIRIES finished runner-up in two Grade 1 chases at the Festival here but hasn’t been seen at this track since 2021. He’s only ran in Grade 1 and Grade 2 events for the last four years and this is his first ever handicap. Has work to do at the weights but he’s the best in this field by a mile and this trip/ground will suit so holds each way claims.

TORN AND FRAYED scored by 6 lengths in a major handicap over this course and distance in January 2022 when opening his Chase account at the fifth time of asking. Wasn’t seen until last months Paddy Power Grade 3 Chase but was held in sixth that day when falling two out. He’s 3lb out of the handicap but he’s shown plenty to be of interest today and looks to be a big price.

    2.25 - PROTEKTORAT 10/1 (1 point EW)

Top class staying chaser on his day but he wasn’t at his best in two runs here earlier in the year but one of those was in the Gold Cup. Flopped when looking for back to back BetFair Chases at Haydock three weeks ago. He does have something to prove in his first handicap start since November 2021 but again he’s better than these and holds strong each way claims.

    3.00 - DESTROYTHEEVIDENCE 5/1 (1 point EW)

Looks a hard race to call, our selection has only race on good / good-soft ground but he’s 3-5 over hurdles and Kim Bailey horses often like a bit of cut in the ground. Was firmly in charge at Kempton in cheekpieces on the last two outings with the latest of those over 3m on handicap debut. That’s the best form in this line-up and holds each way claims.

    3.35 - COQUELICOT 10/1 (1 point EW) & ZESTFUL 18/1 (1 point EW)

COQUELICOT has had a pretty solid year over hurdles and was an impressive winner at Kempton in a Class 1 Listed event last month, he’s 5lb higher today, this drop in trip shouldn’t be an issue as won over this trip at Sandown last year and holds each way claims.

ZESTFUL began his hurdling career with back to back successes in February and March then showed better form when going close in a Listed event here and at Market Rasen in a Class 3. Came back from the summer break with a creditable run at Chepstow two months ago, she needs to improve today but more than capable of doing so.

    Have a nice day all!

    VIP FRIDAY

Few Ascot tips posted last night guys,. I’ve been asked to cover UTTOXEXTER by a member there today but clutching at straws for bets there. Here’s a few I fancy. I’ve at least one for SOUTHWELL but will have that posted a bit later.

    2.15 UTTOXEXTER - CLASSIC MAESTRO 6/4 - 1 point win

I usually BOBO MAC and pretty certain the horses will be on the premises today as usual. Despite being 12 years old at this point he still loves his racing and runs very enthusiastically. With that said today the one that looks decent is CLASSIC MAESTRO. He is going to go up 6lbs in the handicap regardless of this race result based upon his Newcastle exploits despite finishing second on the day. He was second in a class 4 race before this so his form is significantly better than anything else in this class 5 today and he should prove a tough nut to crack.

    1.05 UTTOXEXETER - BEGOODTOYOURSELF - 12/1 - 1 point EW - 5 paid sky (4 elsewhere)

With the extra place on offer I’ve talked myself into a bet on BEGOODTOYOURSELF. He’s not typically the type to follow up on his wins. In fact he doesn’t have many wins to his name at all. With that said, he’s now put together 4 solid runs in a row off big prices, with his last attempt resulting in a win in difficult conditions at Carlisle. He should manage this heavy ground better than some of the shorter prices in my opinion. I think he’s really good value today due to the fact that DANCE THIEF (second in that Carlisle race) went on to run another big one at Ayr on Wednesday - this gives our selection a nice boost of form!!!

    STES ASCOT PICK

1430 Ascot- King William Rufus 8/1 (1 point ew)

4 places This looks interesting making handicap debut tomorrow, second over 2m lto to that hyped up Jerico Du Reponet at 40/1, weren't beating the winner but drops in trip and class here with Cobden booked to ride and probably has more improvement to come, bookies paying extra places and should be able to make the frame.

    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED - 3.

Irish line is back today at Dundalk - https://t.me/ u7k1kX_JQoM5OTc0

    VIP BOXING DAY!

Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope you all have had a lovely day with family and friends.

THANK you for all of your messages, sorry for anyone that I have not got back, this is my first Christmas with baby as a family so very different for me this year and it’s been absolutely belting!!!

We have made a small profit for December so far, been tough but we are in profit which is the most important thing.

    On to tomorrow…

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

I am at my mums with my family tomorrow, the last thing I want to be doing is worrying about horse racing results etc and I will not be responding to messages throughout the day.

I appreciate that people are at the races and that plenty are looking to have a bet so I will post ALL of my trackers tomorrow and selections as fancies.

It would be wrong for me to call these tips as it’s not really possible to study 100+ races properly.

I’ve actually gone through every race on every card but not been able to do as much research as I normally would due to the number of races. The reality is there’s 4 graded races - 3 at Kempton and one at Aintree. The rest of the racing across the board is pretty standard to be fair, the majority of it, at least 80% is class 4 races and below.

I’m personally only going to have a few bets tomorrow, probably do a few singles in the big races and maybe a few place accas using the selections below. We have members at AINTREE / MARKET RASEN / KEMPTON / WINCANTON and I’ve been asked to cover the cards for these courses. I’ve done my best to find a few fancies for EVERY track tomorrow. That does not mean you need to bet on every single race. Just bet on what you fancy, if you don’t fancy something don’t bet on it.

    VIP AINTREE

    11.55 - CHERIE D’AM 11/4 - Saver - AH WHISHT 8/1 - 4 places paid
    1.05 - FLORIDA DREAMS 14/1 - 4 places paid - GRADE 1 RACE -( TRACKER )
    1.40 - MINELLA DRAMA 3/1
    2.15 - COCONUT SPLASH 8/1 - 3 paid - (TRACKER)
    2.50 - CHASING FIRE 9/2
    3.25 - FARLAND 11/10 (TRACKER)

CHERIE D’AM looks a very nice mare for the Skeltons but with 4 paid in the race by sky and only 9 runners it makes sense to try and EW longshot here. AN WHISHT is the stand out on form, she arrives in top form, where LONE STAR at 18/1 looks a big price if able to find his 2022 ability where he won an impressive 5 times.

The 1.05 is the only graded race at Aintree and by far the best race here tomorrow. This race was previously known as the Tolworth and has produced plenty of top class winners. It’s very easy for me to post a selection here as I’m betting on FLORIDA DREAMS at 14/1. $ places paid with Sky and currently only 9 runners. This is a massive step up in class for FLORIDA DREAMS but the value is there and I’m happy to stay on side despite the form not being the strongest in the line up. Everything in the race arrives here on the back of wins pretty much so it will be a case of who has the most improvement left in the tank and can take the step up to Grade 1 level in stride.

I think MINELLA DRAMA at 3/1 is a decent bet. Yes he runs off top weight but he’s been running at Grade 1 level. It’s similar to Lucia the other day, should really be too classy for anything else in the line up. Surprised he’s not favourite to be honest.

7 runners and 3 paid in the 2.15. I’m taking a chance on the outsider COCONUT SPLASH who is winless chasing but has shown some improvement in recent races. His yard have a good record here and he rates a good EW play.

FARLAND is in the tracker after being picked up by Nicholls over the summer. He only has one bumper run to his name over in Ireland so far and looks a very short price here tomorrow. This is most likely the Nicholls effect. I think he will run well here and should win but the price is short when alls considered.

    VIP FONTWELL

    11.57 - SAMBEZI 5/2
    2.52 - CAPTAIN CLAUDE 6/4

Not much at Footwell, it’s mostly class 4 and class 5 races and overall poor quality racing. The first race of the day here at 11.57 is by far the best contest of the day and should be a shootout between our pick SAMBEZI and short odds on 1/2 fav FOR PLEASURE. Both of these horses had stand out runs LTO beating rivals by 15 lengths (roughly) - the value is with SAMBEZI but SAMBEZI hasn’t ran for 7 months.

Edison Kent ran a massive race LTO (last time out) and won for his yard for the first time. He might be dangerous if in the same mood but I feel the main rival to our pick CAPTAIN CLAUDE will be Pilot Show who has been unlucky not to get a win with 2 seconds in November. CAPTAIN CLAUDE arrives on the back of a solid win and steps up in trip. He carries over a stone less than rival Pilot Show and looks a horse that can cope with this stamina test tomorrow.

    VIP KEMPTON

    12.45 - KOTMASK 11/1 & OFF TO A FLYER 14/1 - Money back if 2/3rd Sky or 3 paid
    1.20 - HERMES ALLEN 15/8
    2.30 - ALLAHO 13/8
    3.05 - GENTLEMANS RELISH 9/4 (TRACKER)

The best racing of the day is here at Kempton. We have 3 grade 1 races but the one everyone will be looking forward to is the King George at 2.30. I’m really not sure about this race anymore but I’m betting on ALLAHO. I was very keen on BRAVEMANSGAME and would have had my bet with him but Willie Mullins threw a spanner in the works with ALLAHO who I rate highly. I think it’s telling that Paul Townsend is leaving behind multiple home run graded winners in Ireland to make the trip for the one ride at Kempton. ALLAHO will likely try to go forward and make all, whether or not he is good enough to hold out for the race is another matter. I really think you can draw a line under BMG’s poor efforts and he will run a big race tomorrow and he has to be considered the main danger. There’s now only 6 runners after a number have withdrawn so only 2 places paid here making the EW market relatively pointless IMO. You have FRODON who is the overpriced horse at 33/1, I feel that HEWICK will not get suitable ground to be a proper threat, he needs more rain. THE REAL WHACKER at 9/1 could pose a threat, he was pulled up lame at Cheltenham and should resume progression. He’s a very good horse and I feel this race suits him.

Then do NOT forget about SHISKIN… he has been backed in all week and now 4/1. He is an exceptional horse on his day and the second highest rated horse in the race behind my pick ALLAHO.

This race is going to be an absolute classic I reckon despite the small field.

In the 12.45 it’s 3 paid or money back with sky if 2/3. I have OFF TO A FLYER tracked and he ran really well at Newbury so I’m surprised he is the rank outsider tomorrow. Good EW shot and chance for the Tizzard team. He was going really well at Cheltenham before being impeded by a faller. We backed Gary Moore's KOTMASK who was well backed into favourite before falling at Sandown earlier this month. The yard has hit form in the past few weeks and although this race is more competitive I cannot see why KOTMASK is 12/1 here when he went off 5/2 LTO.

Although I track and highly rate GIOVINCO, I think we might have an out of the ordinary chaser in HERMES ALLEN who won a Grade 2 in his last race with relative ease. This novice chase is named in memory of the might Kauto Star and the race boasts a few prospects who will be looking to make waves and names for themselves at the top level. GIOVINCO was only just beaten LTO out by Stay Away Fay, I see him as the main danger although the marker thinks its IL EST FRANCAIS. I have to be honest, I don’t know much about the trainer or the horses form but he must be decent to be near fav here in the market.

GENTLEMANS RELISH at 9/4 is probably a little bit short considering he’s stepping up two classes tomorrow but this Henderson horse looks a good one. He makes his hurdles debut after proving himself to have a nice engine recently at Newbury. Hopefully the ground stays good by the later afternoon as I think he will struggle on soft.

    VIP MARKET RASEN

    12.40 - ASTA LA PASTA 7/4
    1.47 - GIOVANNI CHANGE 9/4
    2.57 - ANIMAL 4/1 (TRACKER) & HAD TO BE HUGO 9/1

Couple of members are at Market Rasen, I’ve been asked to do the full card. I’d honestly be completely guessing in a few of the races so these are the ones I have found for you guys that I do know and fancy.

ASTA LA PASTA comes back to the track where he won his bumper at the start of the year. He’s a good ground horse that ran well at Sandown last time and he ran well to finish 3rd. Should be better than rivals tomorrow.

In the 1.47 GIOVANNIA CHANGE is probably worth sticking with. He drops 2 classes after finishing 2nd in class two here at Market Rasen a month ago. He has 4 wins at this track, a second place and a third. He’s never been out of the places and saves his best for this track. Hard to see how he doesn’t run well tomorrow. He even has the benefit of a 3lb claimer.

We have tried HAD TO BE HUGO a few times but he keeps hitting the bar. That’s been no good at all to us when on at 2/1 and 4/1 but there's EW value tomorrow at 9/1 and I think he has a chance if running to his recent standard. His form reads 23242233m very consistent but yet to get himself into the winners enclosure… In the same race tracker ANIMAL runs. He won last time out and is tried at this new longer trip today. I think he looks like he will love all 3 miles 3 furlongs of it. He usually runs at the front but he’s been switched to be held up recently and that seems to have done the trick. Worth a small bet at 4/1.

    VIP SEDGEFEILD

    3.10 - BACKDOORFLUSH 7/4

Other than TOM CREEN in the 2.35 BACK DOORFLUSH is really the only horse that stands out for me a Sedgefield. There is nothing running in the tracker so apologies for anyone looking for more tips here.

The danger horse might be BLUE LAS who is un raced but very strong pedigree as half sister to multiple winner Blue Bresil. With that said BACKDOORFLUSH really stands out here. Forget the fact she came 12th out of 15th in her last race. This was at Cheltenham, the ground was poor and it was a listed race. She drops back down to class 5 company against mainly un raced horses. They are all running off 11 stone 2 for this bumper but Alan Doyle claims 5lb for our horse putting her on even better terms. She looks a good bet to me.

    VIP WETHERBY

    12.27 - KALPAGE 11/4
    1.35 - INTO OVERDRIVE 7/2

I’ve followed KALPAGA for a while she is a decent horse who was hit by a big rise after winning in April at Haydock. She smashed her rivals by 10+ lengths and was hit with a 10lb rise and has been unable follow up with a win since. She’s eased down in the handicap now and put a good run together LTO when 4th. I think she is good value to take on the favourite.

There has been some whispers knocking around for EMPIRE STEEL in the 1.35 race but I think this race will be one of the main targets for INTO OVERDRIVE who won this race last year. Not been seen since the Ultima at Cheltenham when pulled up. The 8 year old is the Walfords stable star and is lightly raced and targeted here with his usual route on the way to Cheltenham. Deffo the one to beat in my opinion.

    VIP WINCANTON

    2.38 - JOHN BETJEMAN 8/1 - 4 paid
    3.13 - SABRINA 3/1 - Saver - NO NO TONIC 14/1 (TRACKER)- 3 paid
    3.45 - YALLA HABIBI 4/1

Again, asked for Wincanton by a member - this is the best I can come up with!!

I watched a few of JOHN BETJEMENS races and looked at his form earlier this month when researching a race at FFOS LAS. He has a solid record there and this course is quite similar. Looking through his form he has a really good record here also but is yet to win with 2 second places. His recent form has been consistent, in fact this year he’s been more productive than ever 4254223213. The win came at the start of the year, he’s well overdue a win and has cover with the EW price and 4 places paid.

Nicholls trains SABRINA, I’ve had shares in this horse a few years back and she got me a nice win on her second outing at Ascot. She runs with owners group colours and will probably appreciate this drop in class. The tracker horse in this race NO NO TONIC is a 3 times winner at Wincanton and arguably his best win came over JOHN BETJEMAN here last year. Big price but unproven at the trip. A bit to prove over 3 miles +.

YALLA HABIBI is 4/1 with 365 and as short as 5/2 with most other bookies. I’d take that price for him tomorrow. He runs for a new yard with the tongue strap applied after running a good race in behind MOON CHIME in a bumper at Stratford.

    VIP WOLVERHAMPTON

    4.05 - MOUNT ATHOS 11/8
    4.35 - LIGHT SPEED 2/1
    5.05 - DARK COMPANY 40/1 (TRACKER)

One member at Wolves - other than the class 2 race with MOUNT ATHOS, it’s pretty dire racing although I’m sure it will still be a fun day I’m sure! The 4.05 is a class 6 bottom of the barrel race. I have a horse called DARK COMPANY tracked. He won a selling race by nearly 10 lengths in July, was picked up by Mark Loughrane and has gone absolutely backwards since. He’s been so bad it’s untrue… He’s now 3lbs lower than his last winning mark so he has to start getting competitive soon surely. Probably need a Christmas Miracle for it to actually win tomorrow…

INTERVENTION has found the form that we expected. He aims for 4 wins in a row tomorrow but is now well up in the handicap after 3 excellent wins. I really think that MOUTH ATHOS is the one to beat at 11/8 in this race. I will be surprised if INTERVENTION is good enough to go in again…

GOOD LUCK IF HAVING A BET TOMORROW. (Not doing points for all these - done my best - it’s absolute minefield tomorrow and hard so please only bet what you can afford and are comfortable with)

    VIP WEDNESDAY 27th

    Kemtpon posted before 12

Wetherby has been abandoned so we are left with decent cards at both CHEPSTOW and KEMPTON for todays racing and an evening meet at Wolves. We have the Welsh Grand National today where we landed the winner last year.

Few winners yesterday and places but overall not great. I cannot believe Hewick won the King George from that position (blue shell? He went 550/1 in running) it was mental. Fair play to the horse who just continues to make a complete mockery of the ratings - Shark O Hanlon only paid £800 for the horse and he’s a multiple Grade 1 winner, made millions in prize money…

Paul Nicholls also went through the card yesterday at Kempton and became the first trainer to ever go through the card with second places. Not an accolade I’m sure he’s happy to have and only best by myself who had around 10 seconds yesterday ffs.

    CHEPSTOW

I Presume GOODRISKITALL will win the 1.05 and BURDETT ROAD will continue progression in the 2.10 race. Both odds on today and likely winners. BURDETT ROAD looks a bit special and this Grade 2 race will be his first real test.

    VIP TIPS

    12.30 - JACKPOT D’ATHOU 5/4 - 1 point win

Class 4 race in the 12.30 and Nicholls trains JACKPOT D’ATHOU who is just about a tippable price at 5/4. He was due to yesterday at Aintree in the Grade 1 so this represents a much easier task. Looking at the line up it’s pretty clear that none of the others in the line up would be tried at that level based on what’s been achieved so far, I’m hoping this one is a penalty kick for Nicholls who will be itching for some winners after yesterday's plethora of second places.

    1.40 - CLASSIC CONCORDE - 7/1 - 4 paid - 1 point EW

CLASSIC CONCORDE has been winning for fun recently but now runs from a career high mark with another 6lb rise to contend with today. He certainly will not have it easy but has proven himself on all manners of ground varying from good - heavy. There's EW value in the price today and he arrives on the back of another solid win.

2.50 WELSH GRAND NATIONAL - 7 places paid with SKY. - 0.5 point EW wins

    CHAMBARD 11/1
    TRUCKERS LODGE 14/1
    BLADE RUNNER 33/1

The most testing national on the hardest track in the roughest conditions. This one always turns into a real test of stamina. The time of year usually ensures that the ground is soft/heavy at best and although we are currently listed as good-soft, theres more rain before the race and will most likely be soft at best come round to 2.50.

7 places are paid here so makes sense to have a go on a few EW shouts. Theres 20 runners currently with the favourite being Fergal O Briens Autonomous Cloud at 9/2 and the rank outsider Iceo Madrik priced up at 100/1.

I track NASSALAM who has a great chance but a bit short at 6/1 as is Iwilldoit (previous winner 8/1) both ready chances but short in the market. I prefer sticking with CHAMBARD at 11/1 who looked better than ever when winning for the group at Aintree last month. A 4lb rise will make life harder but CHAMBARD looked brilliant last time out.

TRUCKERS LODGE won the London National at the start of the month. He basically ran everything else in to submission in terrible conditions. He’s no stranger to these marathons and has run in this race 4 times already. He was 4th here last year and obviously still has plenty in the tank. Lets hope this doesn’t come too soon for another big effort.

The one I fancy at a bigger price is BLADE RUNNER who is currently 33/1. He has young Freddie Gordon on board who brings his 5lb claim and rides for his dad again on a horse he’s partnered and won on multiple times. BLADE RUNNER has 5 wins from 6 attempts over fences, we should be able to rely on a good round of jumping. Main concern is that he’s done most of his work on good ground, he does have a win on the soft but it remains a concern for the race today as the ground will be bad.

    3.25 - AGGAGIO 11/4 - 0.5 point win

Finally going to try AGGAGIO here. He’s not the best value hence the smaller bet. Shouldn’t be fav really in my opinion but he’s one of my favs and always runs well. Was pulled out last week, surprised out of all the races over the past two days he ends up here. Always puts a good effort in at the very least.

The final race the 3.55 looks a pretty competitive effort. 3 nice looking debutants taking one another on. I’ve left this race but definitely one worth viewing and following the winner in the future.

    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED 4.

    VIP THURSDAY

Good morning all - the best racing today by far is in Ireland with two Grade 1 races and a host of superstars out racing today including a heavyweight affair between GERRI COLOMBE and gold cup winner GALLOPIN DES CHAMPS - I’m having my bet on A PLUS TARD (one last time for the road, the horse looks broken since Gold Cup win) make sure you are following the Irish channel for Leopardstown tips - Aidan will be posting some free ones today - https://t.me/ kufFTxJNhc03Y2Jk ☘️

Racing in the UK is a bit whack today we have LEICESTER abandoned so just CATTERICK and NEWCASTLE. I will send a few for CATTERICK now and NEWCASTLE posted before 12.30.

    VIP CATTERICK

    12.30 - TRAC - 6/4 - 1 point win

Something in this race will need to find immediate improvement to beat the in form favourite TRAC here whose jockey will claim 3lbs for this this class 5 race. This effectively puts our pick 2lbs than when he finished 2nd at Sedgefield behind Zuckerberg. These two finished 8 lengths ahead of the 3rd place in a game battle. Any recreation of that effort today from TRAC should see us in the winners enclosure. I’ve looked through the form of the other horses and most are exposed and arrive in poor stead.

    2.15 - PARKING FINE 2/1 - 1 point win

The Skeltons are not in the best form with trainer Dan operating off a 16% strike rate of late. It’s average for the lads at this time of year, this step up in class for PARKING FINE will not be the easiest task but the form from her last run has been franked. The favourite in the race LAVIDA ADIVA ran well last time in behind VIP pick the Kalooki Kid, she has strong claims here but PARKING FINE finished ahead of rivals when second to DYSART DYNAMO at Huntingdon. Obviously we saw DYSART go on to win easily at Cheltenham. I’m hoping this one can improve and best the favourite.

    Longshot

    2.50 RIBEYE 8/1 - 1 point EW - 4 paid

I tipped this horse earlier in the month where he ran over two miles. He had been off 6 months, drifted massively in the market and made a mistake halfway through the race that saw him tail off into near last place well behind the market principles. Previous to this he had excellent form reading 313314 and looked a horse that had the potential to do well chasing. I’m going to give him another go today and hope it was the trip that caught him out LTO. The ground will be soft at Catterick today, that’s certainly not a positive for RIBEYE but he has ran respectable in these conditions in the past. Small EW advised at 8/1 with 4 places paid for this race on Sky.

    Total points suggested 3.

Morning guys Aidan and ray have covered a few tips for us today! I’m having the day off today and will be back tomorrow. I will get back to all messages in the next 24 hours.

    Doncaster 1.40 - ZAMBELLA 2/1 (1 point win)

Multiple Listed winner which also includes the last two renewals of this race. Won another Listed contest at Aintree earlier this month on heavy ground, although this looks a stronger lineup than the past 2 years she should be tough to beat and looks worth sticking by.

    Love true 4/1
    12:30 Doncaster

Oliver greenall & Josh guerriero have an interesting new comer tomorrow at Doncaster in 12:30 meeting called love true I can't work out why they'll step up on hurdle debut to 2 miles as form on ground conditions winning 3 times in France I think it will be suited by Doncaster but they must have it in good schooling at home over hurdles when there's no hurdle form in it's family blood one things that catches my eye as we've seen many France horse's come over to UK step up on debut with only flat form in there family blood to put on a special performance

    Young buster 11/10
    1:55 kelso

Young buster won easy last time at kelso when losing a shoe but didn't seem to stop him from putting in a great effort now trainer sends it back there's again only horse he sending up over 600 mile trip and can't see him doing it for no reason with all 4 irons on his feet this time around he should outclass the field again

    Good luck if on

    VIP Saturday

Morning all Aidans done some tips for us today. No Irish racing until Punchestown tomorrow!

I will post mine before 12pm cheers

    Newbury 1.50 - STEAL A MARCH 7/2 (1 point win)

Only had the two runs last season but was better than ever, finished runner-up in a hot Class 2 Handicap here in November 2022 then followed up on that by winning the Class 2 Pretemps Handicap on Boxing Day in 2022. Record since wearing cheekpieces is 122121. Looks to have good claims if ready for this after a 12 month break.

    Newbury 3.00 - FARNOGE 10/1 (1 point EW)

Currently unbeaten under rules with a record of 3-3 with the most recent of tos success’ coming at Ascot when making all. Still open to further improvement and although Harry Cobden prefers stablemate CAPTAIN TEAGUE still holds each way claims.

    Haydock 1.25 - EAST STREET 11/2 (1 point EW)

Picked up a third success at Wetherby when just winning by a nose last month on heavy ground. Only went down by a neck at Newcastle earlier this month after being pushed from a long way out but stayed on well even though wasn’t jumping fluently. That suggests this longer trip will suit and if his jumping is on song then could be tough to beat.

    VIP SATURDAY

Good morning everyone these are the horses I’m on today.

12.40 NEWBURY - JERIKO DU REPONET (We have already tipped this one ante post for Cheltenham, short price today but I will be following)

    2.35 HAYDOCK - CHEDDLETON 8/1 - 1 point EW
    3.10 HAYDOCK -CERENDITPITY 2/1 - 1 point win
    3.20 TAUNTON - DINDIN 11/1 - 1 point EW
    2.25 NEWBURY - CERTAINLY RED 9/1 - 1 point EW
    3.00 NEWBURY - CAPTAIN TEAGUE 11/4 - 1 point win
    3.35 NEWBURY - WALKING ON AIR 9/2 - 1 point win

CHEDDLETON was uncharacteristically poor LTO and he went off a 2/1 before coming near last. He’s usually very consistent, his form reads 423334223311431121 - the horse has never finished outside the top 4 in his career. He’s on a lower mark today, 5lbs down from his last run and back over the hurdles. I think he’s worth chancing at 8/1 despite not exactly being prolific winner.

In the 3.10 I’m on my tracker horse CERENDIPITY who has been pulled a few times recently due to the ground. He should suit the heavy conditions here at Haydock today, has a heavy win at Catterick and a more recent win on testing ground at Wetherby. Being well backed this morning and looks to have a solid chance.

DINDIN is a likeable horse that always tries and he was very unlucky not to get a win here at Taunton when last seen in November. His rider claims 7lbs, he might stay competitive off this mark despite being top weight.

I’m very fond of Henderson WALKING ON AIR and this is a drop in class today. He’s been tried in Graded company and ran well in the Pertemps at Cheltenham when 5th when finishing well ahead of decent horses. This is the first run of the season, may well need the run but I do think WALKING ON AIR should probably be the favourite here.

    VIP LINGFIELD

    1.54 - BASE NOTE 5/2 - 1 point win
    Saver VERBIER 10/1

This listed race is by far the best race today at Lingfield and the top 3 in the market are hard to split on form. The fav Tyrennhiam Sea was narrowly denied when last tried at this level and Blanchard will inevitably be more dangerous with Hollie Doyle on board. Our pick BASE NOTE finished ahead of Blanchard LTO by nearly 2 lengths and there’s no doubt he’s the most prolific horse on the all weather with 5 wins.

I think there is more to come from VERBIER who has Tom Marquand riding tonight. This is a big step up in class, others are more proven at the level but he’s a good ew option as a saver. He was second at this C&D last time out beaten by a well bred Seas the stars colt of the Gosdens. It’s a big ask tonight but I do think he will find more improvement.

    3.24 - MAN ON A MISSION 6/1 - 1 point ew

4 wins at Lingfield for this horse and a few places. There’s absolutely no doubt he saves his best for this track. He has struggled since winning here in January but his mark is now workable again and he arrives here off the back of a solid second that indicates he’s in the mood to go close today.
