Dubai is great. No need to hang out at the places full of Love Island wannabes. Just good weather, good food and absolutely no exploitation of migrant workers.
We got offered the tickets and a place to stay. It's essentially free. So we said, no brainer really. But I myself have said before that I would never have gone off my own back. I personally had my eyes on a trip to Jordan. Had a good friend who was willing to show us around. But hey, it's a big experience.
Hit me up for a contact in Morocco if you need a cheap place to stay with great food, right on the beach. It's out in the sticks though, so if your burd is a shopping type don't take her.
I also can't be arsed with the long flights, maybe get back into that at some point but not right now.
With you there man, cannot stand flights. Weirdly though, I do enjoy a roadtrip I guess the difference is that on a plane you're just staring at ****ing nothingness sat in a Pringles tube
Worst bit about flying is the long winded ****ery at airports After getting through that nonsense I'd rather be going on a long haul to somewhere exciting
Yeah it's watch a film, look out the window, read a book but enforced with no let up. I make sure I go for a **** though so that I can see it go supersonic. Best part for me.
