Couldn’t make it up, absolutely pissed off, had it under full control and just stopped playing, I wouldn’t want to be in that dressing room tonight, Marti is gonna go mental !!

Marti has to be culpable for this, tinkered way too much in the last two games. That said, Field should have scored on 82 mins and put this game to bed.

The old smash and grab happens once in a while I get that, but we continually gave possession away, stupid corners and free kicks and it cost us in the end, did they deserve to win, no, but we were poor

Down to Field not scoring at 0-1, put it away and game over.....

We had enough defenders out there to stop both their goals.....

Messenger_creation_11e40243-641e-43da-9b4d-62c1ec2ed135.jpeg St. Jude at work again. Could only happen to our R's and on my 70th birthday. Me in the 85th min in a more joyful mood than I am now. BTW that is an excellent 8.6 Dutch beer, think I'll have a few more before supper!

All we needed to do was the same as we did last 20 minutes first half..... control the ball and go forward.....instead we dropped deeper and deeper and gave them the initiative.... they started with 4 up front 2nd half, there was so much space we just didn't utilise.....
At the end there's nothing wrong with putting the ball in row z, just don't flap about and give away free kicks and corners.... its asking for trouble....

Missed the game but **** me that’s disappointing.
Just caught 0-1 score, then 1-1, thought that’s not the worst and thought that’s how it would end. But 2-1 is a big disappointment. would have expected at least 4pts from the last two games - so 1pt is useless.
Southampton, Millwall and Ipswich isn’t looking like a decent 3-course affair now. Damn!

All on Field that. Missed a sitter and they score straight after. Also gives away his hundredth foul of the game to keep us under pressure and they eventually score.
I think Cifuentes will quickly learn that we do no have a strong enough squad to get away with tinkering and rotation. That has cost us badly this week

The big question is, why put Dykes on?

Don’t think it was the worst move. He held it up ok with no support or service. Willock was totally anonymous and though Bonner didn’t do anything terrible at right-back it was odd to me to remove Cannon. Losing Smyth then gave us no pace to break when they were piling forwards. Just a bad day but other results were good.

Barry Bannon seemed to still have it on his left foot.Where did he playing his prime? Should have never got a 2nd crack of the cherry after his initial left footed corner came back to him.

Agree with everthing there, apart from Dykes. I don't think he held the ball up well. He was constantly bundled off the ball. He is also the slowest player in the whole squad.
I hope Cif has a quick forward on his January radar!
