Personally, I would look at the full picture and not just part of it. I would then proceed on my existing long term plan with adjustments to take into account my regular reviews but avoiding knee jerk and irrational steps.

Howe got schooled by that other dude with his subs tbh..we basically committed suicide and they just countered.... we should have let them come to us and countered them.. they needed a goal more.. we just bent over and let them take us up the arse in the end.
Yeah but Howe reminds me of Ange at Spurs. We have a style and we play it, its "just how we are" Under Howe when we are on it we are beautiful to watch. But, when it goes wrong we are a miserable side to witness. It is what it is Players are the number 1 issue. This is a step above their abilities
Wow, some of you lot need a serious head shake like. Players can lose form and get tired. Jesus Christ, the self entitlement and over expectancy of some just shows how ****ing naive some of you lot really are. It’s no wonder the press used to play on the over expectancy of our so called fan base. As for £400m spent the reality of that is £120m of that went to stay in the ****ing league in the first place, then they’ve made a considered approach to building for the future. You know, exactly what was they said before they bought the club in the first place. You would honestly think some of you lot expected to win the league this year the way you over react to either a win or a loss.
