    What an odd response.

As I said to someone else, just try enjoying the win for two minutes before jumping down people's throats.

I'll always question progress from absolutely anything and anyone because you can always improve, as LR has since my "dog whistle" thread.... If you're so uncomfortable being questioned or having things questioned then maybe you should work on that yourself rather then get upset with others for doing it.

So you've learned and realised you was wrong, but it was ok for you to do it, but because you aren't doing it now it's not ok for others to question or be as negative as you was.... So not only are you a hypocrite, you're also a do as I say not as I do kind of guy?

I dread to think what this thread would’ve turned into had we lost.

Get on the beers ladies and gents and enjoy the 3 points.

Says the person that used to come on here on MDT's hoping we'd get relegated to prove your point?

Just as a matter of interest, and feel free to P.M me,are you actually claiming that someone sent you death threats?

Good Game slow out of the box again we do tend to now and then do that but great come back against a very good Boro team that will also be pushing strong for the play offs.

Brilliant shot stopping from allsop and nice to see Vinagre showing glimpses of what he is capable of but for me the most important thing to come out of this whole game was the togetherness the whole team showed after allsops triple save it shows unity and great camaraderie within the club which will help the team move forward and give them belief and also help attract other players to the club we might be interested in.

Am I hell PMing you. And yes I did receive threats from people on here, and not on my 606 account but on other more personal places. Because as with all clubs, there are fans who are ****ing ****s and take things too far. And tha'ts where I'm leaving the subject.

Never said I wasn't a hypocrite. I just know I acted the **** and will call someone out for doing the same. Like you.

Anyways, back to talking about City winning after you derailed it. Was a good 3 points, eh? More proof of Rosenior making us a much more resilient side regardless of performance.

Have to agree with this. There was an overlap late on and he just didn't go with the full back at all - and he'd only been on the pitch 15 minutes.

That first half was the worst of the season.

We made good subs on 60th minute. We have a team full of quality attacking players, but we still play a system where they hardly get the ball.

Lucky to win that. Anyone who says otherwise is delusional, despite Middlesbrough being poor.

I just want us to go for it in games from minute 1. I think we’d be so much better off than where we are now.

This sounds negative. And Rosenior does deserve credit for the players he’s recruited and the subs he made. But if we’re being honest, we need to improve our performance if we are going to make top 6, let alone top 10. The frustrating thing is, I know we have the potential.

Although no doubt this will also be the manager's fault (or Allsop's, the utter bastard) but a lot of players chose tonight to put in absolutely dreadful and error-ridden performances. My list would be Greaves, Christie, Seri, Morton, Delap and Twine. Lewie Coyle wasn't far off getting on that list either. Hopefully they will all improve on Saturday (although I'm equally hopeful that Christie and Seri will do their improving sat on the bench). Given half the team were ****e, lots of praise for the ones who weren't, such as Jones, Allsop, Slater, Vinagre, and Tufan. Connolly did some good stuff, but equally demonstrated some appalling decision making.

For Saturday, I'd like to see Vinagre pushed up to LW, to give us pace on one wing at least. Tufan deserves a start as well.

It was a great 3 points and I think you'll find my words on it.... "Fantastic turn around, but we have to stop doing it the hard way" and I also praised allsop and said he won us the points.... I call things as I see them when I see them, I don't use the benefit of hindsight or just ignore everything that happens leading up to stuff.

You don't like that or think it's "dog whistle" then that's your choice :)

Assem's words were a badge of honor I was happy to wear at the time. Someone finding out your phone number and sending you texts and voicemails aren't.

But let's leave it there. MDTs should be about the game. Another 3 points. Onto Cardiff on Saturday, who lost to Wayne Rooney FC tonight.
