    This is the least confident I have been for a Saints game in a long time. We really miss Downes. He is one of those players you don't appreciate quite how good and important he is until you watch him in the flesh and see his influence.

    Think it will be low scoring, either 1-0 Cov or maybe 1-1.

    I want Smallbone to be the more advanced TBH. His late runs getting into the box is an underrated part of his game and Aribo was excellent in a deeper role on Saturday.

    I agree - our 'dodgy' patch coincided with him not being up to speed and still not fit amongst other things.

    It's not ideal, but having witnessed Aribo's performance and work rate on Saturday, I'm less worried about his absence.

    Downes missing is a massive miss, Charly being dropped was deserved after the weekend so Smallbone coming in will help creativity
    My Coventry mate is very pessimistic about tonight, he hopes for a draw but expects 0-3. I’ll take that
