Couldn’t sleep last night, was chuffed with three wins on the bounce to **** the PL and other ****s off. So watched Trainspotting, what a film it is, not a bad second in it. 9.5/10
Funnily enough I read the books as a youf - they were very funny - Confessions of a Driving Instructor and one where he was a Redcoat (equivalent) - film was crap
Watched Uncharted on Netflix - Indiana Jones meets the Goonies ... watchable pish with some good stunts - Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg - no more than a 6.5 ...
Archie 7/10 4 part series on Cary Grant. First 2 episodes are very good about how he went from being a deprived kid with a horrific childhood in Bristol to how he got to America in his teens and eventually got his break in Hollywood. Final 2 episodes not great, focused too much on a narrow part of his later life. Jason Isaacs as Grant is excellent.
Leave the world behind Has it's moments but they are few and far between. Great if you like stuff that has no discernable reason for being or even an ending. 5/10
I loved it, liked the pace and the way that they put the audience in the same situation as the cast where you have no clue what's going on. Great parody of the world today. Good performances from everyone and I very much enjoyed the end. 8.1/10 No one told me life was gonna be this way!
Hmmm! I totally disagree with you kid. Thought the acting, especially from Roberts, was incredibly hammy. Thought they stole most of the premise from knock at the cabin which is a far superior film and I found the kids to be particularly annoying. In fact I'm going to rescore it as a 4/10.
Yeah okay Roberts is never that good but she did alright. Our opinions are exactly like the online scoring on IMDb and RT some love it some hate it.
Is this the one made by the Obamas? Not watched it. Heard its some weird occult movie with secret messages and ****
