An amusing interlude, as it becomes increasingly apparent that XRW Tories (i.e. most of them) will vote against or abstain the Rwanda Treaty, hastening the departure of yet another unelected PM!

If I lived in England I would not vote for Starmer either. I hold him in contempt.

The World needs more Michael Essouma's (RIP <rose>) and far fewer Gullis's, Jenrick's and Braverman's.

This is a tragedy and brings disgrace to an already disgraced UK <grr>

So sad and what a waste of a talented life!

Sorry, but she's an idiot <doh>
Vote for whoever beats the Tory. If that is Labour so be it.
Do I implicitly trust Starmer? No way. But the UK must change direction and there's at least some chance if you get rid of this extreme RW cabal.

I do not see the point in voting for Starmer because his policies are Tory. If England is to change and become a fairer country continuing to support a so called Labour party who are right of Edward Heaths Tory party is futile. You just maintain the right wing neo liberal agenda. Politically England is asleep.

With a winner takes all electoral system the only choice is between the Tories and who can beat them in any given constituency. If the Tories get in, then a lot of deprived people suffer. If they don't the situation is always better. We don't have the luxury of voting for the right policies.

I hear you and largely agree but until the UK grows up and adopts PR there is no alternative but to vote for whoever is best placed to destroy the Tories.
Labour are the only option in town in that regard and the best case scenario is that they do not get a huge majority and that the Greens and LibDums are able to have some influence.

You're not alone in that regard

Don't think he'll be back on QT anytime soon, but they will be doubling the Tufton Street voices just to be sure
