    Yes, agree 100%, they did work together at Brum and I'm sure it does count for something, but in the here and now, if Dodd's were to be given the job full time and he fail eventually. Every coach or Manager does so where does Dodds go then? Speakman would not be in any position to appoint him back to the coaching staff and I don't think he would want to.
