Bit of ketchup or Tabasco in there adds a nice something. It’s how Italians do it at home but lie about it.
My spag bol always got a kick Just use chilli powder myself Ketchups good instead of sugar to take some acid off the Tom's if needed. Milk too apparently but I've not been brave enough to try that yet Just don't feel right yknow
