as normal no pics , cos i just shovel food onto plate and eat , but tonight did venison stew and it was ****ing lovely .
Coated the meat in some flour quickly browned then added the veg ( red & brown onion , carrots ,parsnip , a bit of suede ,mushrooms and softened them then added stock bring to boil reduce to simmer bang in oven on low and 2 hours later Mr and Mrs Solid are happy folk
washed it down with a bottle of
