I’ll let him know. He’s a little awkward with new people except at work (he works at Sainsbury’s at the arnison) but will let him know the crack
I didn't listen to the whole pod (too painful) so don't know that was the incident he was talking about but apparently the ref's decision not to send Ballard off gave the WBA players licence to be more physical
That’s just bolocks like but hey if they want to try and paper over the cracks it’s fine by me, we battered them without a manager. and they got away with plenty from that joke of a ref.
Yeah. Biggest take home from me is how comfortable we looked against a team bang in form. Until the goal, Patto hadn't had a shot to save.
Season Cards sold + corporates + single ticket sales + away I'd say no more than 33k and about 25k by final whistle
Not trying to be negative here but I thought West Brom were pretty poor. They didnt seem to have much going for them at all. I dont know if there was any reason for it on their behalf but I really would be surprised if that sort of performance has got them that high up the league.
Thought West Brom looked like a team who didn't know whether to stick or twist as in they were caught in two minds of do we attack these or defend and hit them on the break. On the whole I thought they were not too good and Dodds looked to have reverted back to about 6 or 7 weeks ago when TM played our full backs as wing backs and allowed us some width at the top end of the pitch which payed dividends.
A blind man could see that Hume drifting in wasn’t working yet mowbray persisted with it and cost him his job imo. no coincidence Robert’s has his best game all season when he had a hand.
It just shows how realistic it is for us to reach the play-offs, teams like West Brom and Hull are no better than us.
