I don't propose we go all U18 on them. Be serious, but rest anyone that needs resting. Remember that winning is habit-forming, as is losing, still best to win, but don't risk straining anyone important, and anyone that needs a rest should get one.

 

we are top and the total proze money available to us for a win is 500k.

Yeah I'm happy for us to go all u18 if needs be. We need the week's rest before Utd, the league cup vs West ham (which I'm keen for us to win now we've come this far) and Arsenal.

 

yeah, West ham is one of those that you look at the thing and go arrrgh.

two absolutely massive league games but you know who's left in that Cup means we've a good chance here.

 

United going to be going full strength v Bayern as have to win to stand any chance of going through so we should be a lot fresher

I forgot about their debacles there. that makes me feel much better and hopefully klopp absolutely bins this

 

I'm sure klopp will pick a mix of players. Some may need a match session with low risk etc

 

Alternative view... We play a full strength team against Union knowing that we can safely rest players on the weekend.

 

Some group members will probably complain that Klopp has played a weak team, who cares?.

I think the key is scoring early here. We have to go for the throat straight away, if we score inside 10 they'll collapse imo.

 

I agree with this. It took us a while to break them down last time but once we did the floodgates opened. Just need to make sure we don't do anything silly while chasing the opener.

 

United will be happy with a draw on Sunday, a draw is not good for us, It is not going to be 7:0 as another humiliation is likely to get Erik ten Hag the sack.

 

We earned the right to do that. Unfortunately, Bayern did too in their CL group with Uniturd. So it goes.
