QPR deserved that and we're the most threatening team throughout. City's biggest weakness (again) was the slow transition from defence into attack which gave them plenty of time to fall back in defence. In possession they were quick to press forward and out off possession they pressed our defence very hard. They're possibly the division's most improved team over the last month.

It's a running theme for us at the moment. Good in possession but no cutting edge most games especially without Philogene

Game’s over. Done. QPR won every 50/50 duel & didn’t back out of any 60/40 duels either.

I’m guessing there’ll be a few personal tackles on here in the next few hours duelling the games talking points.

We have the 12h MO presser coming up followed by our resident Alf Garnett repetitively covering nothing interesting for 4 days.

First time Rosenior has lost back to back games (I believe). If he’s not going to duel the problems & get it sorted then LR out obvs.

Off for a curry at 6. I’m over it. I’ve a weekend to enjoy.

Stop with this rubbish about dominating the ball. QPR were absolutely happy for us to have the ball because they knew we’d do **** all with it. They were in control without the ball.

Teams don’t need the ball, they wait for us to go sideways, backwards then give them it

Agree they deserved it but again and admin Allsop has been poor as a stopper and mistakes cost the game. He may be better at playing out but surely not letting in goals is more important. If Ingram is not considered the right person then bring in someone else in January. Allsop is a liability

Spot on. Maka was admirable defensively today but he doesn’t half take the pace out the build up

Absolutely. Whoever their manager is (and I was surprised when I saw they'd made such an appointment), he seems to know his stuff

Apart from Rotherham, the bottom 3 are improving...

I'll always be scarred by 2020 as long as I live, however unlikely

11pts of third and 11pts of the bottom 3.

Top 4 are pulling away, looks more and more likely that it'll only be 2 play off spots to fight for and there's 14 teams within 10 points of those last 2 play off spots. It's tight and consistency is what will get you in those spots imo and unfortunately we just aren't consistent enough in anything bar giving away silly goals and not putting chances away. These both have to change immediately if we want a chance.

LR and he team also need a workable plan B as teams are working out our plan A pretty easily.

There's money to be spent in Jan, let's spend it wisely

If we played like QPR do every game you’d be the first to wet your knickers and complain about the style of football, yet somehow they managed to win.

Upsets happen, it’s not worth crying about.

I worked with Begovic on a couple of occasions at the CSA’s regional training centre in Edmonton when he lived there. I thought he did well today.

Philogene supposedly tweaked his Medial Ligament according to Rosenior.

I also enjoed his cameo. And I noticed one improvement (not based upon a lot of time on the pitch though) he did not get knocked off the ball whereas previously people on here frequently said he was too easily knocked offf the ball.
