I have a good feeling about today. Normally get up at 7am to workout, but got up at 6am as had to drive to Southampton, the home of football, to pick up my dad from a cruise. Did a nice hard workout, got in the car, arrived at dock 4 at 8:15 and they were ready waiting, back home after dropping them off at 9:15. Got in, Prince had his 3 morning tablets straight away from my hand (we always struggle every morning with them), and had my first cup of coffee. Emptied the dishwasher quicker than the kettle could boil and now having my second coffee ( a lovely Illy's Forte) with a butter croissant. The day will continue up until about 5pm tonight as lovely and plain sailing as it has been. #PositiveVibes.
I was windy this morning fortunately not wet. Safe journey all travelling Saints superb support as always.
Speaking on behalf of pedants everywhere, the apostrophe is fine. I'm not sure how the pendants will feel, though
It must be said that there other punctuation marks besides the aforementioned apostrophe whose correct use must be closely monitored. Grammar pendants often include punctuation marks in their remit.
Actually, “Hornets” in this context is plural, so the apostrophe should follow the s, not precede it, i.e. hornets’.
Really? If you’re pulling a single hornet’s sting then “hornet’s” is appropriate. Hornets’ be if you we’re removing the sting from a whole group of hornets.
