Their away form isn't the best so as long as we do our job I'm not worried

    CHRIS SUTTON'S PREDICTION.

CHRIS HAS GONE FOR AWAY WIN. 2: 0

    Crystal Palace v Liverpool (12:30)
Crystal Palace have only won one of their past eight league games and there is plenty of speculation about Roy Hodgson's long-term future, but I still think he will guarantee them Premier League safety.

I am not so sure they will get anything out of Liverpool, though. The Reds are on a great run of results that has put them right in the title race.

Liverpool's defence is not exactly convincing, but I have given them a clean sheet here. Palace are not a free-scoring side, and they need Eberechi Eze fit again as soon as possible.

You know how they will set up against Liverpool, and the question is whether Jurgen Klopp's side can break them down. I believe they will, although I don't think they will find it easy.

    Sutton's prediction: 0-2

Dougray's prediction: I like Hodgson and Palace are capable of playing some quite exciting football, but Liverpool are just too good - they have scored some sensational goals recently. 1-3

    JONES KNOWS BEST PREDICTION.

JONES HAVE GONE FOR HOME WIN TOO. 0:2

Roy Hodgson's tedious tactic of turning the game into a 45-minute match by playing nullifying and dour first-half football is getting a little silly now. In 15 Premier League matches this season, Palace have scored three first half goals - and this has been a common theme in his time at Palace across both spells. In his 173 Premier League games in charge, Palace have scored just 79 first half goals. That's just 0.45 goals per first half across a huge sample size.

It gets even more eye opening when assessing home matches against the traditional big six of Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea. Under Hodgson, Palace have scored one first-half goal in their last 18 home matches against those opponents with the aggregate score coming out as 'Palace 1-17 Big Six' when assessing all those first halves.

This on paper should be one of our easier away games. Palace under Hodgson has been struggling lately and was turned over relatively easily by a bottom half side.

Comfortable 0-4 win. Hardly needing to break sweat.

Palace is not easy nut to break, they lost their last game at home. They are going to be up for this, also bear in mind 12:30 early kick off is not our cup of tea.

We couldn’t honestly have chosen a better opposition for a 1230 kick off.

Alisson is back. Quansah preferred to Konate. We are also playing a LB at Lb, how original!

Klopp has never lost at Selhurst Park. It won’t change today. No chance.

Bold choice with Konate and Gomez on the bench. Can only assume with Matip and Robbo out, klopps protecting Gomez a bit as can cover all 3 positions.

no olise or Eze in starting line up is possibly good for us. Olise kn the bench though.
