Getting Wintle off the books would be a bonus, the times a ball is put past him and he does nothing to chase back is costing us games.

 

That only lasts as long as they don`t get relegated. It is easy to pick out teams when doing well, look at Leicester when they won the league, that changed when they got relegated. They are doing well now, oh hold on they got relegated from the prem so they are not doing as well as they were. Fans are complaining about how Man Utd is run, they seem to be doing better than most teams.

 

That's football.

It would be dead boring if the usual suspects won everything every year.

I think we are up to our limit on loans.

 

We can loan as many players as we like.
The limit is on how many of those can be in the match day squad.
However, it would be folly to loan players and have them not even in the squad. Money out the door for nothing.

 

Maybe send some back eg Runnarson & Ugbo

 

Absolutely. Taxi for 2 and they're paying.

Runarsson would drop the fare and Ubgo would kick it out of the door from 2 feet.

 

There’s been a lot of rumours about us signing this guy. He’s an attacking midfielder and I think would be ideal for us.

Moore also odds on to sign but I’m not too excited by this to be honest.

 

I feel some of these proposed signings come down to timing.
Is Baloo driven by promotion this season or by a longer term view.
Both are the wrong side of 30 but would do a job for us now.
How either would fare if we went up, who knows. If we don't go up, would they be up for another slog next year.
It should always come down to value for money.
Fees and wages, vs value and longevity.
I feel another boom and bust cycle coming.

Anyway, why do we need Moore when we have Ugbo?

 

Moore would have transformed our team this season IMO and I reckon he’d have had about 7-8 goals by now.

Or he might not. Looks like he’s coming back and I really do hope he does get the goals. Personally I would prefer Kaba over Moore.,
