Was the part where I clearly said they just miss chances the part you're struggling with. Trust me Everton have been well on top in every home game this season they just miss chances. The XG confirmes what I'm saying but if people just look at the results that's not my problem.
Not too much to read into the away record at this stage tbh, we were unlucky not to win at Wolves and West Ham needed a last minute equaliser against us Plus outside the league we hammered Man U away from home, and only didn't beat the mighty PSG away cos of a colossal mistake from the ref 8 minutes into injury time.
Lol that's something of a fundamental flaw then, possession and chances don't mean jack **** if you can't put the ball in the net. Plus you could flip that argument around to our away record and say we should have won at West Ham and Wolves as we were the better team in both. Everton have a wretched home record and are under huge pressure at home. Dominate midfield and they're there for the taking.
You get called bitch if you disagree with him, happened to me a few days ago when I argued that Pope isn't the worst ever keeper at PL level in terms of kicking.
You also get called bitch for outscoring him in the prediction league. It's just a sign of his affection.
Everton don't like the press and are a bit ploddy at the back. Mykelenko is one of the worst in the league for me. Spurs play a high line and like to play vs possession based teams, which we're not! I'm excited about both matches, rather than fearful. Particularly looking forward to seeing the rise of Miley continue tonight.
As long as we're "at it" for both, I think we'll be fine - sounds as though we may have a few bodies back soon as well - Wilson, Barnes, Longstaff
Going to miss tonight's game because some daft knacker (me) booked theatre tickets for a Thurs night in December - who the fcuk knew the PL would then go and schedule a round of fixtures .....
