Up at 4:15. Drive to office in Brum takes 2:30 hours due to bad weather. First meeting at 8:30, try to get away at 4:00 to drive 100 miles up m6 and make kickoff tonight to see a few inflatable dinosaurs in the away end. Get home about 1pm depending on traffic.

How are you getting there? Pogo stick?

 

Car, it’s two hours from Brum to Liverpool. HS2 and other silly roadworks can make that 2 or 4 hours.

This is true, it's warm the food is decent and the beer isn't flat and served in a plastic cup.

 

Yeah last time I started throwing lager at the missus during half time and did a line in the toilet she wasn’t happy.

 

Last time I went into Brum a 50 minute journey took me over 2 hrs, place is a ****ing nightmare, there again Saturday night, would catch the train but even when they're running or not cancelled the last one back to us leaves at 10.35. But let's all use public transport, yeah, things a big ****ing joke

 

The worst thing about travelling to Birmingham is that when you get there you’re in Birmingham.

 

It's not too bad once you're there, some decent bars and food places, I don't think it deserves the reputation it's got, now 20 years ago, I'd agree.
