Yeh don't think that'll wash mate. You'll just come across like one of those twats on that reality Bailiff show and they'll just serve you with a summons
Or just go to their website and tell them you don't need s tv licence... Theyll send you a letter 2 years after and just do the online thing again Been doing it years and never had anyone round since the online thing
Diegos just the type of person this **** works on. (no offence meant mate) Old peeps and foreigners who dont know any better so pay it thinking if they dont theyll go jail and ****
I really don't want to pay my BBC Licence tbph, but I just don't like doing dodgy shhite and would just rather pay my bills and get no hassle. Stupid thing is I don't even watch the BBC except if some footie is on. Plus my freesat went down one day, so I had to log my details to watch some game, so they know I've watched it now via online streaming.
Way I see it, I'm doing the IPTV so need to take the piss. Might as well pay the license fee and stay as legit as I can.
Exactly, no point in bringing hassle to your doorstep. Thing is I was bought up most my life with dodgy bro's, so I made an effort once I had kids not to bring the old bill to your doorstep and I always sort of stood with that, it also kept my kids on the straight and narrrow, knowing if the old bill turned up I'd be kicking right off. So although sucky thinks he's dodgy as shhite he's only an amateur, school boy one at that.
So you compare people robbing the system/country with those that don't pay for something they never use/watch?
I think BBC need to go the way many others have gone which is pay as you go. They could still keep the annual licence for those that genuinly watch the BBC all the time, but otherwise you buy a monthly subscription, BT/TNT, NOW TV (SKY), Viaplay all manage to do it so why not the BBC?
In a similar way, I tend to think karma in the back of my mind. Karma or God's sense of justice, I was always told you end up paying/losing double for what you might get through ill-gotten gains. OK that doesn't quite extend to those thieving bastrds at SkySports but nobody's perfect
Lots of things I pay for with taxation I don’t personally consume. Same for everyone. Your TV licence isn’t simply for covering the BBC either.
I pay £23 to NOW TV (Sport) per month £29.99 to BT but free at the mo lol Viaplay I took an annual subscription, forgot the cost of that £8.99 per month Prime BBC Licence £49 subscription Gills Ifollow annual £10 per game for Gills during international breaks and Tuesday evenings Probably something I've forgotten
