Given Roman's tolerance levels AVB has probably got to Christmas to get his "pooh" together or he will be down the road. 3 out of 3 against top teams....geez....well at least he can claim the match ball. We're going to need more international friendlies at this rate.

I think having Luiz in the back 4 makes us more vulnerable because JT, Ivanovic and Cole know what his been like before so it puts added pressure on them in their head and everyone just gets lost trying to make sure everythings perfect, i seriously think we should play him in midfield, we need a extra creative spark and that could be luiz, his quality going forward and provides great pace and can pick a pass and hold up the play, just what we need in midfield, better than ****ing mikel

I think the sooner Sturridge and Romeu are implanted into the starting 11 the better. McEachran also needs to be coming on and so does 18mil Heskey. Unacceptable to be bring Malouda / Mikel along. Luiz is required at right back if no where else. In an ideal world he should have signed up to he a CAM. Also, is Lalkovic in our squad now?

I know you guys love him, but Terry is just as bad as Luiz, if not worse. I think you need to replace the pair of them in defence. Luiz would probably be a good player to have in midfield.

Mikel needs to go, you cannot have a midfielder who offers absolutely nothing going forward. As for your attack, get rid of Drogba and Torres, and play Sturridge through the middle.

AVB is a good manager, he has just inherited a side well past there sell by date, and he needs time to rebuild your team.

Luiz is a fantastic player but i cant help but think that he's used to getting away with alot in the Portuguese league. When he gets caught he becomes a liability and fouls. i agree that he puts added pressure on terry and co at the back. i dont see the point of his runs to be honest. he belts down the field and then passes the ball to the guy next to him and runs back, let the ball move quicker and you'll see results.

AVB needs time. He cant really buy anyone cause theres no available quality out there right now.

The problem is that we are playign 20 yards to far up the pitch, takes us back a bit so that people stop dropping balls over our defense and we will be fine. The high up the field defence only works with slow paced leagues. Whats annoyiung is that we are making mediocare teams look good.

The only 2 PL games we haven't conceded in this season had Alex in central defence! He wasn't even on the bench yesterday!

  20. As a neutral, the way I see it is that you have three major problems:-

    1. AVB: he simply is not up to the job. The longer you persevere with him the worse it will get for you. The only reason he hasn't been sacked before now is because your Russian owner picked him, and his pride is preventing him from admitting that he's made yet another monumental mistake.

    2. Torres: a monumental mistake! £50 million for perhaps the worst ever striker in the EPL. His lack of goals and undeserved price-tag/wages is hanging like a black cloud over your dressing room and dragging down what little spirit there is at the Chelsea camp.

    3. Terry: an absolute disgrace of a captain! Does not lead by example, and is a racist-bigot. Any player who becomes too big for the club simply has to leave. He is doing you absolutely no favours.

You will not even begin to address your problems until all three of these clowns have been expunged from your club.
