Sometimes it's just the smallest thing that suddenly sparks the team just when supporters are beginning to be pessimistic. It can be anything from a player back from injury, a slightly tweak in the tactics, a fluke goal or an unexpected win ... ... let's hope it starts on Saturday.
I'd prefer a manager on his way up, not down tbh. If we did change manager we'd be looking for a boost, not someone more dour than Mowbray.
No point changing, IF we do, and take on one of the ' bookies favourites ' from the also rans available in his country, rather go for an up and coming Johnny Foreigner but don't know owt about any of them.
Will he be here against the Mags? We’ve been poor for a while now and have some tough games coming up. Interesting few weeks ahead.
I'd like to think the club are continually monitoring all positions and considering up and coming people ... ... I'd hope were gradually putting the knee jerk days behind up.
I hope so too. But we're currently sitting at 5 defeats in 9, 8 points from 27 and the goals seem to have dried up. Granted we are still better off in terms of points (27 v 24) and GD (+7 v +2) than we were last year that could all change by the time we play Bristol on 16th. I'm not advocating a change, but I am sure conversations will be happening and becoming less hypothetical when they talk about succession planning. If we beat WBA and Leeds I'll be the happiest man on here.
You can't sack a manager every time that happens tbh ... ... didn't Klopp have a worse run, now they're challenging for the title.
