Fulham were very dangerous still @ 2-2 so to take Szob and Mac off and throw Trent and Gakpo in was absurd and we got what we deserved shortly after.

very lucky to turn that back around, but you don’t get a much better feeling than that in football <cool>

Well fair play. Endo came on scored and end up winning so can’t slam klopp to hard on that one!!

def think got first few subs wrong but got there in the end.

Think sums up why we’ll be there or thereabouts but essentially come up short in title race.

Always good for goals even when playing badly but also always look likely to concede (despite before today having 2nd best defensive record).

I like Kelleher but Alisson really is different class and really makes our defensive stats better than they should be

Nunez really really needs to start showing the control in his shooting that he has been in his link up play

Yeah, there’s missing a few and then there’s ****ing up virtual gimmees - you can’t do that over and over and be Liverpool’s number 9 I’m afraid. Sort it or be back on the bench

Which is weird cos he can obviously score goals as did at benfica. I know lesser keepers more times, but sitters are sitters no matter what lesgue.

seems to just be rushing things needs to take a breathe and chill

hitting the crossbar from 5 yards seems a recurring theme. zero finesse. all about smashing it and hope.

    It does sound bad.

Gomez and quansah partnership will be vital now so Bradley coming back is important.

Gomez can't cover rb, cb and Lb.

Interesting that TAA was pushed even further forward as game went on. I know klopp said never midfielder but that’s obviously changing slightly, so we see him in that right mid position of a midfiekd 3 and allowed to push on and actually be our kdb from that position? Totally diff skil set required to take the ball in the congested areas.

Does feel like next summer will give us an idea. We need some sort of RB unless Bradley develops but if we go buy a proper RB who can be solid in that role then would free up TAA to move forward if that’s his long term position.

I know Kelleher wasn't at initial fault for Fulhams goals but Alisson saves all 3 of those imo

I had to go out straight after the game and I haven't read back, but I can guess who you're talking about. :)
I bet it was all encouragement and positivity as well.

Bit drunk so might be a bit all over the place

    1st up
    Nunez
Ive nearly had enough of nunez missing absolute fuking sitters, just no excuse for missing those time and time again. Nearly cost us if not for endo and trent saving his arse. He makes no sense.

Awful defensive show too. Like mito said just ****ing lazy and easily preventable for all goals, gomez and kostas both really poor.

    Really entertaining/stressful game throughout.
    fair play to Fulham.
turning our own ineptitude into a win so late was thrilling.

    One last thing
    Trent
Always been against him moving into midfield but his recent new role and resulting late goal against City and his two today, especially the winner, gave me Gerrard vibes.

I hoped him getting the vc behind vvd would make him more serious about himself in regards to his defensive responsibilities and also his sometimes questionable temperament.

But instead its enhanced his attacking prowess <laugh>

Whatever, i dont mind being wrong but please just buy a rb who wants to defend and let this scouse lad loose into midfield to fight it out with Bellingham for the next ten years of balon dors <party>
