Fulham were very dangerous still @ 2-2 so to take Szob and Mac off and throw Trent and Gakpo in was absurd and we got what we deserved shortly after. very lucky to turn that back around, but you don’t get a much better feeling than that in football
Well fair play. Endo came on scored and end up winning so can’t slam klopp to hard on that one!! def think got first few subs wrong but got there in the end. Think sums up why we’ll be there or thereabouts but essentially come up short in title race. Always good for goals even when playing badly but also always look likely to concede (despite before today having 2nd best defensive record). I like Kelleher but Alisson really is different class and really makes our defensive stats better than they should be

Interesting that TAA was pushed even further forward as game went on. I know klopp said never midfielder but that’s obviously changing slightly, so we see him in that right mid position of a midfiekd 3 and allowed to push on and actually be our kdb from that position? Totally diff skil set required to take the ball in the congested areas. Does feel like next summer will give us an idea. We need some sort of RB unless Bradley develops but if we go buy a proper RB who can be solid in that role then would free up TAA to move forward if that’s his long term position.
