Shame really - I guess the owners have one eye on their status as the North's premier club. Malky and his predecessors have done well to keep them in the top flight on a shoestring budget - Dingwall being the land of my forefathers, I just hope they can find a replacement who can keep them up there.
It didn't take Xisco Munoz long to find another job - he's just been appointed Head Coach of Slovakian Premier league side FC DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda.
Interview with Mark Williams talking about the highs and lows of PL football and the impact a poor decision had on him . https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/s...r-williams-claimed-record-one-watford-season/
Watching the Scottish Cup match between Dunfermline and Raith, the commentator was talking about ex Watford player Alex Jakubiak - described him as a player with many attributes, powerfully built with pace and a hard shot, but just can't score. Not a glowing reference for a striker, but true. The most he has scored in a season is six - last season for Dundee and a few years ago for Gillingham. I seem to remember him being highly thought of as a junior with us - another one who didn't realise his potential.

An extra time assist from Cucho saw Columbus Crew come from two goals down to defeat Cincinnati 3-2 last night and advance to the MLS Cup final next week against Los Angeles.
Kabasele scored Udinese's first in their 3-3 draw with Verona. Slid in at the back post like a seasoned striker...
Udinese have only managed one win all season, and the home fans didn't even see that one. It seems our transfers to them are not helping greatly.
I think that particularly applies to Quina, Masina and Okoye - none of them have really featured much since going there. Success has played over 60 games but has only scored 3 goals - so hardly qualifies as a success.
